Worst consumer experience my sim is not working from couple of months and still they have imposed a bill of 3 months and blocked my sim. Now I cant even replace my SIM.@AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneIN y are u working with a sunken ship.

@VodafoneIN Hi After facing pathetic network in Mumbai, Kharghar & Taloja Phase-1, the pathetic network follows us till Indore. Internet connection is not stable and at 4G speed. No response from Customer care number. Please give back my monthly bill paid to you.

After 2-3 DMs these @ViCustomerCare people not at all responding. Now the data plan not visible in my account. Don't know how they deactivated my data even if I have data plan till 19th July. Very disappointed by the response and they need 4-5 days to look into the issue 😰
