    @ViCustomerCare network issue is still not solved everything works fine except for CODM. CODM won't connect to the servers unstable network error is popping up. I double checked it's not the game servers side fault.its my ISP's fault plz fix the issue. Plz........................

    @ViCustomerCare You all are liars …to migrate to 399 u hv done all this natak … my old plan was 299 .. just for ₹100 u r treating your 15+ yr old customer … Shame on you Vi.. I don’t think it’s worth continuing with Vi ..u hv changed my a/c , plan , relationship no. For covering ur mistakes

    @GregOrtbach A4. Yes, unfortunately. @ViCustomerCare used to be an industry benchmark but now their #CustServ has no internal coordination and lacks commitment to complaint resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea Team is not able to help me out in updating my alternate number. I tried all the ways to update my alternate number through Vi Chat app, sending SMS to 199 and even customer care service for help, but since last 10 days I don't see any solution.

    @ViCustomerCare @tweeklabs Network problem in rohini sec 24 delhi In indoor no service and I have complain so many times. They will always revert me--- we have checked our network strength in your area and found it optimal.. Poor service My vi no. 9990443520
