    @ViCustomerCare I have been calling your customer executives to discontinue my Postpaid plan but they never helped me. I am at a location where you guys are not serviceable. Disconnect my connection right away. I haven't been in network coverage for 2 months

    If consumer ask you question you blame TRAI. If we reach TRAI they blame network providers. Great double gamers. Give what consumers really expect and required. Not for your market growth. @ViCustomerCare

    Hey @ViCustomerCare your data speeds are worst in 534238 area. I've been waited a long time for my data connectivity issues. Now it's time for me to change my network. extra data and other offers don't help when your data speeds are worst . Applicable to all providers

    (1/2)Bad network and customer service experience @ViCustomerCare, I've facing network issue since 19 may 2021, still can't get resolution of this problem, whenever i call @ViCustomerCare they told me that we are upgrading our system, passed 50 day but not get good service 😡

    @ViCustomerCare Shame Shame. Many years of VI relationship Wanted to move to Joi for network reasons. VI agent pretending to be Activation dept. of Joi asked me to cancel porting as it was duplicate. Retention or Fraud. Bad to Worse. DM me for agent's number. @TRAI @reliancejio
