@ViCustomerCare I can't even port my sim to any other network. Because for that too I have to go for SMS. I am not just disappointed in your company but also lost faith in Vodafone. And you won't have any thing else to say part from "it hurts"

@ViCustomerCare hey guys, you have been charging me and my wife's prepaid no. for the services that were never initialized by us. Some english seekho and other plans are activated without my consent and resp. amount is deducted. Stop these services now and return my money.
