@ViCustomerCare Vodafone loses 10.8 Lakh Customer in September. Your service is pathetic, as a Vi user, I will tell that Vi Internet start working after 10 second of Mobile Data on. Also it switches network to 3g or 2g from 4g at any time. I tired to complain about that issues.

Hi tweeple need help. I live in Pune and desperately want to port my mobile network from the most stupid #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare to a better network. I will submit the port request tomorrow. What are the better available options? Does Jio works better in Pune?

@ViCustomerCare I was promised by your CC to receiving a call to resolve my late night issue of Rs. 128/- package which will work only after 11pm. It's 2:08 am.But no call no support.they have kept my issue hanging from last 3 weeks. disgusting service @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup
