    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to contact VI customer care from last 3 days and I am unable to do so. Whenever I try to call 199 or 198 it didn't connect. Your chat service is worst.

    I was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, you MUST recharge with 128, or else CAN NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI every time i am charge for value services while i have not started any services nor any child take my phone. Disgusting company which charge the customer without any intimation while @TRAI have to take serious action that without OTP u cannot start service
