Sudhir Kumar (@kumar24x7) reportedI was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, you MUST recharge with 128, or else CAN NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?
