    @ViCustomerCare Hi got msg today from Some number Stating my Vodafone KYC has expired and mobile connection will be discontinued, if not updated on 48hrs. Is this msg sent by customer care or some fraud

    Dear @ViCustomerCare my number blocked on Friday with out any prior information up to now it wasn't activated. Worst kind of service you are providing to your customer's. This may be the reason you are loosing your loyal customer's.
