    @ViCustomerCare How long does it take for your representative to get back on the above issue. It's been like 3rd day. All the representative are so busy??? This is one main reason I changed my network. No proper customer service... No wonder such a worst network I have ever used...

    @ViCustomerCare When your network will be covered adequately? This issue in Delhi then it is clear that worst in other then Delhi region.

    I have absolutely no support from you @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup. My security deposit is still pending and I haven't received any support for my query on when I will recieve my security deposit of Rs 2500.

    @ViCustomerCare Outage at Ramgarh Jharkhand I have two sim in my home and being an really old customer I always liked everything but never seen this kind of problem ever Network is full on both devices but no call are going or coming #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare The quality of network remains the same even after more than 1 month. Don’t understand why improving the network is such a big ask specially when outdoor network also is absurd. Completely losing hope the network of @ViCustomerCare is going to ever improve
