    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

Despite elaborating everything on your message box and several phone calls from Vi Customer care, there has been no proper resolution to my grievance.
