@ViCustomerCare Generally u take ages to solve the roaming issue and by that time a person gets back from roaming gets over...if u think u can't solve it by tomorrow morning when I reach the destination, pls refund the amount u charged

@ViCustomerCare really really bad service from u guys , incoming text & call is not coming and no recharge available for that particular service at all. I need only incoming call & text for my office number while no yearly plan for that .

I raised a complaint & escalated it multiple times, but the bill amount still reflected as 12k. CS agents also recommended that I not pay the bill till the issue is corrected. However, all my outgoing and internet services have been stopped. (2/2) @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra

@VodafoneID @vodafoneIndiaIN @ViCustomerCare A nightmare of a service provider. SIM stopped working. Few outlets in Hyd West region. store in Mehdipatnam informed that they are upgrading to new sim so it must have stopped. Need to get the subscriber to change SIM. Thanks VI..1/2
