    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare What you are saying "to provide best network", unfortunately currently the service in my location is providing "worst network" ever. We are helpless to do anything even a whatsaap msg is unable to sent with single tick √.

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to upgrade my Netflix plan from Basic to Premium. Tried via Vi app & Netflix website but it always reverts to Basic plan linked with Vi postpaid. Netflix asked me to contact Vi, but customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Please help.
