@ViCustomerCare 2/3 Customer care staff on call assures about request completion for postpaid to prepaid migration, while on the other hand staff at Vodafone store refused to complete it and asked again to come next day for the same concern.

@ViCustomerCare 1/2 very pathetic staff at Vodafone stores Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi and Kamla Nagar, north Delhi. By last three days I am visiting the Vodafone store daily for the same work. No one knows about Customer service and don't even know about the company's process.
