@ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

@ViCustomerCare What you are saying "to provide best network", unfortunately currently the service in my location is providing "worst network" ever. We are helpless to do anything even a whatsaap msg is unable to sent with single tick √.

Pehle main kafi pareshan tha.4g bolke mujhe #VodafoneIdea wale 2g network becha karte they. Fir 6 mahine complain ke baad problem solve ho gaya. Ab network hi nahi aa raha hai.I am getting a service I did not pay for. And not getting the service I am paying for.@ViCustomerCare
