    @ViCustomerCare Maybe you did not understand my point, I am talking about starting 4G service,where even now i.e. even in 2022, you are giving 2G service. I added it to 5G because when the rest of the network providers will launch 5G, then you will launch 4G like BSNL, then who will use your 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with you? You charged me 18,000/- towards international data roaming, for something I did not use at all. When you know it's your technical fault, why wait for customers to call you, why can't you proactively fix it and give an update.

    @amarbazk @ViCustomerCare Don't port your sim to Jio I port my Airtel to Jio sim but the internet connectivity is very low that i am not even able to use whatsapp while on Jio Network
