Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days?
