    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I want to port out of #VI @VicusTour, but as per new recharge plan I will need to recharge for a minimum of ₹128 to send one SMS for porting out. Is this fair on part of a customer? Why should one recharge such big amount just for porting out?
