@ViCustomerCare What you are saying "to provide best network", unfortunately currently the service in my location is providing "worst network" ever. We are helpless to do anything even a whatsaap msg is unable to sent with single tick √.

@ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

Dear @ViCustomerCare you say that you have fastest 4G network but i never get more than 300KBPS speed on your fastest network, forgot about 300KBPS, average speed i get here is less than 100KBPS
