    @ViCustomerCare I have IDEA sim card. 4G network resets every 12 minutes or so. After this, it takes another 30 seconds or so for the sim to get registered on the Vi network. It's annoying. Don't you think so ? Read below before replying.

    @ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?
