They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.

Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!
