    I ported to @airtelindia from @VodafoneIN for better network connectivity. To my surprise, my sim is not working after activating it successfully from past 2 days. No help from the customer service of @Airtel_Presence Seems I made a bad deal.

    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to convert my existing eSIM to a new device. Even after multiple visits to the store and calls with the call centre my efforts has been futile. This is causing me great problems, hoping for a resolution and response.

    @ViCustomerCare What an amazing service provided. I'm on Vi Max 401 plan, no call pickups within 20 seconds, no issue resolutions for atleast 4 of my high priority complaints and escalations and now the Network complaint has been closed without even interaction with me.
