    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    @ViCustomerCare After trying for an hour VI executive now saying it will take 24 hours to active other numbers. See How poor technology VI is using. VI not concerned with customer support. Only SMS coming that issue resolved. Which is yet not resolved.

    Worst mistake of my life to leave @ViCustomerCare network & ported to @airtelindia So I have an active annual plan of Airtel, but suddenly on 27th march, my internet stopped to work. So I raise a complaint, which says that it will be resolvedby 5th April Or before that (1/2)
