I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

@rjraimau @ViCustomerCare Every operator invests for their customers except VI. JIO has 100% investment in 4g, no 2g or 3g business. Choosing JIO will increase customer base & it encourages them for investments. You can visit JIO store and ask for support before port out.

@ViCustomerCare when is VoWifi support coming to iPhones ? other telcos have for iPhones except Vi. The network quality of @ViCustomerCare is anyways pathetic, having VoWifi will atleast ensure connectivity when indoors in current #WFH due to pandemic.
