    @ViCustomerCare Without customer consistent third party services are activated and deducting balance looting money will have to raise this issue to consent authorities asap.

    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    @VodafoneIN too many balance deductions, without any intimation , the only answer is get is no data available from customer care & we should contact within 24 hrs to know it, if there is no intimation how do we know

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @jyothispeaks @AdiviSesh @Idea @VodafoneIN I’ve been using Vodafone past 6years approx and I never felt any issues with network but after the Vodafone idea merger it was horrible experience for me!! Tried complaining twice no proper response from the @VodafoneIN team. Time for #MNP

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the response. I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.
