    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    @VodafoneIN Hi, According to my view Vodafone is the worst network.Instead of wasting your money on advertisement,you can spend that money on network signal.if there is no network how can they use your TRUE UNLIMITED PACK.Once think with some commonsense. So please look into it

    @ViCustomerCare been more than 12 hours that calls are getting dropped after 30 sec. Can’t call customer care bcs can’t hear anything after 30 sec. Airtel and Jio SIM working fine in same phone. Resetting n/w settings didn’t work. Could you let me know what could be the issue?

    Only the payment issue was resolved by Mala from Nodal office but breach of privacy complaint is still pending. Real horrible experience @ViCustomerCare
