    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 It has been 8years using vodafone and converted my plan to corp plan but now Without intimating pln got changed and you guys calling for the bill when I tell my issues no one responds u need only money not cust issue to resolve

    @VodafoneIN its been over 15days since i ported to vodafone And not even a single time did i experience good network or 4g speeds. The 4g never worked and i hardly find singnals across the city. I am running it in 3g only n I need to wait 3months before i switch to @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN once of the worst broadband service(You Broadband ) I have ever seen my life.I made payment on 23th for new connection in kothapet(HyD).Till now no proper response from team members. Request my friends not to get this broadband.they will test our patience in peeks

    @jyothispeaks @AdiviSesh @Idea @VodafoneIN I’ve been using Vodafone past 6years approx and I never felt any issues with network but after the Vodafone idea merger it was horrible experience for me!! Tried complaining twice no proper response from the @VodafoneIN team. Time for #MNP

    @VodafoneIN I know what you say when you call me That "we are providing the maximum coverage right now" right!! If this is the maximum coverage then, what i was getting last month and all previous year the signal was very good that means the maximum coverage not that you are providing now!!

    @Airtel_Presence I was a fan of @airtelindia network but now its wayy to worse I've the worst network coverage and worst data i moved to @VodafoneIN i get good network and "ok" data speeds but @airtelindia is too bad plus a lot of spam calls on my airtel number

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i am using 10 postpaid numbers in my office of your company. And for a small problem i reach your Customer care centre at Ridhi Sidhi, Gopalpura. They are saying to wait for 18 minutes outside as store will open at 10:30AM. I hardly save my time to come.

    OTT plans should come with bulk data. Who will watch anything with just 1.5 or 3 GB data. Someday 10 GB is used while watching any perticular series. So per day plan don’t make sense with OTT. Introduce customer friendly prepaid 4G plan @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare

    @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Refuses to log DND complaints via 1909 saying they want more details. Oops! The description you have sent is too short to process the request. To log a DND complaint, SMS (brief description of the call/SMS in atleast 50 characters. WTF?

    @ViCustomerCare i was asked to change the sim card and the prsent one is not even an year old i had the same prblm and got it changed at time u charged for the sim and they say u dont send the card home..and i have to go to vi store this is pathetic as soon as that signal is on im porting

    I'm very upset for my VI network. More than 15 days no 4G network in my handset. Evry times I contact with VI care, but result not found till now. I request to VI manager, please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I switch to other companies 🙏🙏 @ViCustomerCare
