    @ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game for which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

    @VodafoneIN have been trying to port into your network for almost a month looks like everytime I go and submit request your store says sir old request is showing pending can’t take new one. Now on the fence to join or not to join.

    @ViCustomerCare No Network coverage in Karwan area from last 3 days... No Outgoing and no incoming calls for the entire area. What's your team doing in handling the cases when visited the store, store executive he himself suggesting to PORT OUT from Vodafone immediately!

    @ViCustomerCare I have done the MNP to Vi by visiting your mini store 3 times but you haven't activated my outgoing call, sms and data facility. Please have someone good at customer care skills

Get this resolved today itself or tell me if I can visit any store and get the same number from their, but I need it today.     @VodafoneIN the worst IVR customer service I have seen, I called for 90 minutes, to speak with customer executive, but the Ivr system always repeating the the same options again and again..shame on you.

    @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare This issue cant be fixed because near you there is no 5g tower of vi so they just upgraded the software to show fake 5g symbol. Because they are using NSA technology and this technology has some limitations. Better to with Jio they have SA network which is very good

    Hi @ViCustomerCare. Your phone support says I am allowed to convert my postpaid number to prepaid only after 90 days of service, despite this notice from the Telecom Ministry stating it can happen after 30 days. @DoT_India please take cognisance of this matter.

    I, ordered a Vi eSIM yesterday paid ₹365, activated my sim as well still I was unable to make or receive calls. Thought this may be resolved by the morning. This morning I see that there is no network in my device. Called @ViCustomerCare didn't receive any satisfactory (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Same reply, rudely force me to recharge. While there is no network signal, why do I pay a minimum of Rs 179/-. Share UPC for porting. Don't waste time.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.
