Finally I had to complain in the Consumer Helpline. Finally I have not been charged for the VAS this month. #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare The cheap tactics won't hold but push the customers away. None interested from top to bottom at @VodafoneGroup to improve the network instead focus is on increasing the tariffs. @TRAI directed telcos to allow sms irrespective of the tariff plan still service not being offered.
