@VodafoneIN How long a customer can suffer, ask Vodafone at Kolkata. Vodafone mobile network is completely out of reach since May 20, 2020. Neither Vodafone had mobile network not internet connectivity. Once you were a king, now you compell your customer to move to other network.

I think @VodafoneIN is the most useless network in #India. It is better not to have such a network in this country. I can't call anyone from tomorrow morning but internet is working well.

Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

@ViCustomerCare Listen the area i live in falls under amoghpur village of chandauli district . The pin is 232101. I hapoen to be residing just besides the vodafone tower in amoghpur. Now if i am receiving poor cell reception that my network is disappearing ever 20to 25 sec idk whats the issue.

@ViCustomerCare there has been issue with my prepaid account. Balance was INR 55 till last night and today I am unable to call. My pack is valid till 15-Jun-2022. Customer executive is not providing complete information and they are giving incorrect details as compared to Vi App
