    with the Red 399 plan and taxes have been paying nearly 500₹ per month for your service which is in maintenance half the time, finaly decided to opt out thanks to @VodafoneIN #Vodafonedown

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I had lodged a complaint about a billing problem. But no response so far. Also the bill is always sent to the wrong email.

    @ViCustomerCare, @VodafoneGroup Please help me port out. Getting this error when UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    Such a poor experience @VodafoneIN @Idea , unable to hear voice, poor call quality, disconnects @TRAI, at least two tries need to speak to someone. Heavily diaappointed.

    @VodafoneIN Once you port a Vodafone number to another state only God can help you. So the guy comes home gives u sim & porting is done. Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

    @VodafoneIN @Idea BTW, once you port from another state, here is no way to contact the old customer service. And Kerala customer service ppl r clueless about Bangalore bills & would keep telling you there is no bill. Is this some scam whereby innocent Vodafone customer s are being cheated?

    @VodafoneIN Hey this didn't work, just now I got disconnected from another call. This keeps happening, I have a jio sim card in my phone which works perfectly fine. So you can't say it's the problem with my phone. @TRAI

    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

    @ViCustomerCare #vi my simcard is not showing network at all. I reached vi care store(BINALI COMPLEX, AHMEDABAD) they rudely denied me to provide any service as it was 07:02PM. they told me the work timing is 10 to 7. Worst service to a 15yr old VI customer. #ridiculous
