    @im_milan @VodafoneIN @TRAI Exactly from last 6-7 months they keep on repeating the same excuses. We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. Fck they will expand their business with disgusting service and we will pay bills timely with all kind of #Taxes to run them.

    @VodafoneIN There is no network for last 16hours in my location... not sure how to express my pain and the failure of Vodafone handling this case for years. Its been almost two years I'm facing the same problem but each time you lodge a complaint and close with your own comments

    @VodafoneIN Somebody from the cust care calls up absolutely no idea how to talk to the customer and has no clue on what the issue is and just says network issue sir so will assign ticket to network but my concern is not address , I won’t pay the bill for lack of service

    @VodafoneIN need urgent resolution to the following complaint. I have no data service since morning! "Hello! Your complaint dated 29-Sep-2021 12:27:18 PM with reference number SRTQ36I0GG is registered. We assure resolution by 04-Oct-2021 12:28:31 PM."

    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 no proper network from last 7 days and still I am hoping that Vodafone will be back soon but I think I am hoping too much. Please look into the situation and try to resolve the same as soon as possible. Irony is that beside all this I had opted for REDX

    @VodafoneIN your 4G network is a joke. Forget G, it's showing E all the time. Call gets dropped all the time. This service, you should pay us to use this garbage service.

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.
