    @VodafoneIN Recently moved to Bangalore. Network and Data is really bad in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore . Please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to @Airtel_Presence . Don't know what happened but 8 month ago your network was good.

    @VodafoneIN There is no network for last 16hours in my location... not sure how to express my pain and the failure of Vodafone handling this case for years. Its been almost two years I'm facing the same problem but each time you lodge a complaint and close with your own comments

    @VodafoneIN Both of my numbers are dead now. No network since last Friday, don't know what you checking and where..... Did you at least try to call me, anyway it doesn't work because I'm on Vodafone. Escalated, emailed and also tweeted for help and this is what I'm getting... #vodafonesucks

    @VodafoneIN Somebody from the cust care calls up absolutely no idea how to talk to the customer and has no clue on what the issue is and just says network issue sir so will assign ticket to network but my concern is not address , I won’t pay the bill for lack of service

    @ViCustomerCare Are you out of mind . Multiple reminders for making a payment form 5 days before the due date . And after it's done status is not updated . Don't poke every time . Better to focus on customer service

    @Shandilya_Dixit @ViCustomerCare I understand the frustration with validity issues. Per TRAI's 2026 rules, Vi allows 90-day inactivity grace, extendable with Rs 20 balance or min Rs 49 recharge. Latest plans include ₹99 (15 days, ₹99 talktime, 200MB data, 2.5p/sec calls) in most circles— if not showing, it may be regional. Alternatives: ₹107 (30 days similar) or new ₹128 (18 days). Try *121# USSD or store visit for your area.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.
