    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    Hello! @ViCustomerCare this is my 3rd time when I'm facing the same problem You claims that vi is the fastest internet connection but that is totally wrong. I live in Ahmedabad and whenever I do 666rs recharge i have to face the problem I'm not even getting 100KB/s speed

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Another way of harrassing the customers. Flash messages, inbox messages and now WhatsApp messages. Don't worry @ViCustomerCare it's only 39 days remaining in your creepy network services. Eagerly waiting to port out from you. Worst experience ever in any telecom service.🤮🤮🤮

    @ViCustomerCare vi is Digital Begger,you dont give proper service to the customers but expects from them to recharge regulary, you make cuatomers helpless, karma will work on you, you will be badly helpless. you digital begger

    From the first day I talked with so called appalate authority of Gujarat, @ViCustomerCare is fooling me by making sympathetic promises and messages. From the last few months and especially from last one week, The data. Speed, calling issues, connectivity rises exponentially.

    @ViCustomerCare PATHETIC… its not about 100 bucks.. its about 10yrs of a customer being pissed off bu some stupid stuff…poor customer retention and satisfaction… SWITCHING to Bharti or jio… am really disgusted
