Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan ₹859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!

Ateekur (@Ateekur__) reported@ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?

Abhi (@abhinavin789) reported@ViCustomerCare Facing issue on Vi network where 1915, 1800-11-4000, SBI 1800 1234/2100 and PNB 1800 2021 are not connecting. These same numbers work on Jio, Airtel and BSNL.
