    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare vi is the worst sim, I'm frustrated, company says vi is the fastest internet provider in India, but I'm living in Delhi (metro city) and I have to relocate my device to gain speed, sometimes it suddenly stop access to internet. What a scam!

    @ViCustomerCare WORST SERVICE BY Vi. Bought no. 7528075000 (PAID NO.) on 15 Nov. Sim still not fetching any network. Asking me to choose higher plan than in which was punched initially. Just Harassment. Such poor service forced me to proceed LEGALLY. My advocate has sent legal notice. AVOID Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare thanku for having plan of 118 that gives 12GB data with 28days service validity, atleast u r not cheating like @Airtel_Presence as they gives 12gb without service validity. Glad to port 13 airtel connections of my friends & family to VI. Rs.99 plan is not worthy

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Not good for great we have so many complications and so much of long process.. @ViCustomerCare just to shift the ownership of deceased to alive person. First the sim card doesn't work when we need it urgently you need so many documents to restart. God Bless
