    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

This is the second consecutive day that your network is COMPLETELY zero inside fortis hospital Mulund apart from the several times almost daily when it suddenly out of nowhere drops to zero. What's the point of your 5G when not even one G is available for emergency? I've suffered both as a doctor and as a patient's caretaker immensely due to your ****** network in the last week

    @ViCustomerCare my wife and I booked IR PACK for 10 days Rs.2999 from 8th Nov-18th Nov. It’s 2:43 mins past early morning of 8th Nov and our IR pack has not been activated. We have twice called your customer support and they say they are facing a glitch with IR worldwide and that it will get sorted out by morning. By morning we will be already in a foreign country and what happens if the IR pack is not activated ???

    @ViCustomerCare When i call the number shared in DM ,the person otherside speaks only in Hindi. He/She doesn't know English! @TRAI This is Totally unfair. Some foreigner during visit to India how will they manage to speak to customer care?

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing continuous delay and negligence in converting Vi number from postpaid to prepaid. Despite multiple requests, no update has been given. Requesting immediate intervention from @TRAI @DoT_India for strict action against such poor customer service.
