@ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare my family has 3 Vodafone number, for last one day there is no outgoing or incoming even from vodafone to vodafone. Complaint raised did not resolve as its merely ready format push notification that problem is resolved. Are you serious?

@ViCustomerCare I am actually 5ired of complaining but sms unwanted don't stop inspite of full dnd n u saying u have resolved but same person still sends sms. I can't keep on doing this. Pl find a solution. In addition I getcalls àlso. Don't really know benefit of dnď n Govt of India assurance
