    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare since last 2 days i cannot make an outgoing call, it says call ended as soon as i dial. Incoming ends as ssonas the call is received. Can't call customer care either. What in heaven's name is going on?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I did port from Jio to VI on 13 june and I got the message the delivery will be done on 14 June but I did not any calls or sim delivery yet. I did call to CARE so many times but The Issue did not fix yet. Please advise
