@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare I have been postpaid user of VI for last 10 years. So I am extremely disappointed to see that I am unable to get ownership changed for my number under the family plan. I have visited the Vi store in Mayur vihar multiple times. But every time there is some issue.

@ViCustomerCare re-verification in Odisha is harassment. Nearest store is 65-70 km away & agents demand ₹100 for simple verification, else ask to travel. Online option not available. Even poor old people are being forced to port to Airtel. Is this fair to customers? #VI

@ViCustomerCare I would still expect a call back tp conclude this once it for all. Need below help from you. 1) Addition of Email id to get bills km time. 2) portal access to pay 6 months bill in advance.
