    Last few months i face issue from Vodafone Idea network i complaint many time but not solved. support excutive say turn off the phone and re-start and you get network waw .this cool .. I think @ViVodaidea not done your work. Bad/ worst service @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Please collect your postpaid sim card from my dustbin. Only one day I needed mobile data and got less than 100kbps. Being humble for what I had to face today. Absolute ****. If you don't believe come and use your network here VPW5+G5 Bengaluru, Karnataka #pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Pls call ur self ViCustomerUncare. Very poor services and useless chat and reply. Asking my alternate number at 10 in morning and 10 hours later, no contact. Maybe service executive is not getting Vi network

    @ViCustomerCare your services are the worst!!!!I can't even log a complaint on call nor via the app chat. On app chat it asks for OTP on email which I don't even get. On call it says number doesn't exist. It is one month now I can't even send messages or receive.Range is low too

    @ViCustomerCare _ i am tired now. Repeatedly taking follow up with cc but no one responding my complaint. Last 15 days incoming call not getting. Everyone giving TAT but no body giving resolution. Is this way you are handling cust issue
