    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @DoT_India The way VI Team reply it's not acceptable.Please do the needful at your end bcz in the same cell when I try with other service provider like jio it's fine even I changed the vi sim to sim1 then also there is no change in the speed of the internet. So, please @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi have sent an alternate number on DM.. please connect tomorrow evening for a few clarifications.. want this to be worked out at the earliest. Staying without a functioning SIM is the worst, especially in times of the pandemic.

    @ViCustomerCare We have registered the complainants earlier as well, but was ignored. Very shameful that we are living in 2021, people are using 5G, and @VodafoneGroup users at some locations are struggling to even get the network coverage. You can contact me at 9986113083 to get more details.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't know what's the use of sharing the link. I already know iphone xr supports wifi calling. I don't see that option in settings , that why I asked for help.

    @ViCustomerCare I had internet speed issue from last 7 days I already filed 3 complaint but reply from your executive is disgusting. Due to less internet speed I unable to attend my online lecture. If you feel something about students please resolve this issue
