@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare I have been a part of vodafone earlier as marketing VAS manager. So i know how these vendor charges customer & make fake activation log. Suggest to ask vendor to show my usage if any. Also debit the amount of waiver from vendor payout.

Really very disappointed with your service @ViCustomerCare In our area (sultanpur, ghosi, Mau . Pincode - 275304) . We are facing lots of problem from last two weeks: poor internet , 2G browsing instead of 4G , network and no signal issue. Please fix it ASAP @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I always believe the start needs to be good, and my journey here with VI started off on bad note. I don’t know if i would stay with VI or switch to other providers, i hope SIM would be delivered and activated tomorrow. I already sent my phone # via DM, but no response yet.
