    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare changed my number to postpaid on 23rd Nov, my outgoing is still not working. 3 times went to your store, 4 times called customercare. Only answer i get is request is now raised.. someone will call within 24 hours for verification. But it's never done.

    Coming back to india just to realize @Vodafone_Ind is even worse than it was when I left. Multiple store visits , customer care calls and they have still failed to activate my number ! @VodafoIndia @ViCustomerCare #pathetic #frustrated
