    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @Gaurav98Me @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about VoLTE issues from quite a long time, they keep on saying that VoLTE is working fine but that's a lie. It does not work at all, only 4G is there at 125076 pincode.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send SMS from my number ? Customer care people are just trying to sell plans instead of resolving the matter !!! Is this your new business strategy to stop messages and sell plans ??? @TRAI this is what is happening in India !!!

    @ViCustomerCare your automated calls to remind payments are irritating. If the customer is with you for 14 years and paying bills regularly then there is no need to call him 4 or 5 times a day from different numbers. Please find other ways.

    @ViCustomerCare @vikassaxena2009 After porting from idea to #vi my services are not restored due to technical issues. Now it shows no service. No one to help. Very very worst. DM no use. Customer care no use. Unable to port.
