@ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare complaint regarding the misleading information and false commitment made to me during the process of porting from JIO to VI. Time of porting, clearly promised a lifetime discount of ₹200 per month shocked to find that no such discount has been applied to my plan.
