    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare looks like my phone number has been hacked. When people dial. A number they get a loan recover WhatsApp from, it goes to my (unrelated) number. Your customer care is not responding. Please help. This is very disturbing.

    @ViCustomerCare I neither received call from your network team, nor any member of your network team reached at the location. You are charging approx 400 p.m. for my 4G plan. And @ViCustomerCare Vi provides India's fastest 4g speed 25 kbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider.Despite many visit to your mini-store, issue not resolved. No proper service. You people just misguide.

    @ViCustomerCare I said, everytime your executive told me that “Our Network team will resolve your speed connectivity issue.” then for 2 days speed provided by vi is superb. But,ASA port validity expires, Max.speed provided is 25 to 50 KB. We all (25 to 40 Vi users) have same issue at residence.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to, but your customer service agents and specially your store employees are not leaving me with any options, I mean I am keep calling and they are not even answering or returning the call.
