Complain raised still noone called me..

As a customer, it is extremely frustrating when there is no straightforward way to report such an issue and request a reversal.

We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.

I hope Airtel can provide me with transparent pricing, reliable service, and affordable prepaid plans without unexpected charges.
