@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care exec have zero idea. You randomly deduct 100-200 from my balance every single month. I have to talk to your untrained customer exec every month to get that refund back. Please provide complete transparency. This is the absolute worst.

@ViCustomerCare Your Network complaint already registered with Ref. No. SR # - MP-V00549591325. The expected resolution Due Date is 04 Aug No resolution is made and complaint is automatically closed without my consent and satisfaction. Bad Network and Worst Customer Service.
