@ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare i have been using VI from past 8-10yrs. From past few days i am unable to make calls or receive calls and internet is very very slow. Checked with other people who use VI they are also facing same issue. If it doesnt get resolved in 1-2 days i will be porting out.

@ViCustomerCare my second family no., had to port out today from v.i , & having active plan with 155 recharge, i can send normal sms but cant send port sms !! , from morning in trying to send port sms, as suggested by ur cust executive thats its sms service centre setting problm on old hndset

@ViCustomerCare i have realme narzo 50a smartphone. but when i am on VI network most of the apps like paytm, twitter, shopee, flipkart etc are not connecting even if the speed is fast and when switch to airtel network all the apps works fine. what is wrong with you all tell me

@ViCustomerCare ..i can send normal sms & tried another smartphone old handset and service centre no is ok , ur executive lied about the same, do u think i m fool?? how much more have to wait, why u blocking port sms?????!!!
