    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Any update on this ? The resolution was due to get resolved by 30th March and yet, there are no confirmation email sent. Do I have to run after you guys to get the resolution of this simple issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, I am extremely disappointed. And this disappointed will continue unless the issue is resolved. So instead of sharing vague updates, it would be greatly appreciated if you guys provide some useful updates, such as the current status of the issue.
