    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare I want a reply for my simple question. "It was said to me that according to @TRAI for sim exchange the amount should be deducted from main balance. Hence customer should recharge for x amount". Just share me the link where it is mandated by @TRAI.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Mr.@AdityaBirlaGrp why you deducting amount from customer main balance. When you can't afford telecommunication expenses shut it down but don't do this cheap activities. Shame on you.
