    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

    @ViCustomerCare I have talked to your customer care executive, she told me that i have to visit vi store and change the Sim, as i have problem with network and I can't do volte hd call, ( only after port in to vi, before that I could do hd volte call in Jio)

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare i am facing problem in calling and internet . I have ported it to vi just two days ago . If you can't service then give approval to port out to another one .

    @ViCustomerCare Is this the only complaint ?. What are the reasons of poor ratings provided ?. Did you checked ?. Why only Tamil language executives are calling?.When I request for english language they drop off or never call back ?. Lastly i was promised that my concern will be closed in 3 day

    @ViCustomerCare I tried to upgrade to RedX plan and system said it will be done in 30 minutes. I was waiting till now unless Vontact Center guys told that it was auto-cancelled. Refer complaint no: C004-115273169066 and expedite solution so that I can get upgrade to RedX Plan.

    @ViCustomerCare No one tried to contact my phone is on. It's u r bogas network issue that u r unable to get connected. Call on my regular number. And if u don't have my alternate number on my record still all you should leave u r jobs. @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence ko de diya maine UPC

    @ViCustomerCare You just try to fool the innocent people. Consumer consumes less data but you show it more than actually consumed, inspite of worst ever internet speed. Why? ?
