    @ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone instead of providing a better service, the service provided does not has a class. Even the 2g network will work better when compared with the so called provided 4g service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I activated international roaming, I am currently in America and there is no network at all. Been trying to reach customer services for over 3 days and nothing seems to work.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls improve the internet speed and call quality.. Signal strength is worst yet bars show full LTE/ VOLTE, I guess this is what PHANTOM bars/ signals are 🙄
