@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare my number suspended on 21st Feb.still not activated multiple times called to call center and visited store also .documents submitted at store but later without information num suspended telling verification pending everyone gving commitment but not giving solution

@ViCustomerCare must admit that I made a mistake in opting Vi Postpaid Number 9811178686. I experienced a worst network coverage during my stay in Bihar from 14 th to 20th February. It was zero network signal in entire block of Fatehpur and Wazirgaj Gaya, Bihar.
