    @VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

    @ViCustomerCare After some time another customer support representative is saying that your device is compatible for VoLTE services. And registered a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom what is wrong with your support ? You are not reachable on 198, 199, vi app chat, whatsapp chat, email or even on SM ? I don't understand the purpose of your support if at all it exists.
