@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@ViCustomerCare till date I was able to use 4g on my existing idea sim. Now the customer care says you need to change the sim from near by vi store. You are only increasing the e-waste rather then your service. #environment @consumerforum_
