@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare Your data speeds are terrible indoor at my area, so also call quality & no improvement even after months of complaint. Your customer care was of opinion that the problem might be with SIM. Will you be able to do home delivery of replacement SIM? pls respond ASAP.
