@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@DoT_India Thanks for your response. Please take action against the @ViCustomerCare and their worst services. I'm waiting for the resolution of recharge benefits issues since long time and I've been assured for the benefits. I've already raised several complaints but no resolution yet.

@ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I'm waiting for the resolution since July for the recharge issue and I've been assured several times for the resolution. No one taking action against the @ViCustomerCare and no one bother to resolve the issue. @DoT_India please look into it.

@reemagupta123 @ViCustomerCare Hopeless service and looting customer won't be sustainable.. stop all the ***** tactics asap and resolve the issue which is already raised and stop mentally harrasing by mailing bills for the services am not even using.. STOP ***** TACTICS ..!!
