@VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

(1/6) @ViCustomerCare I have been using my Idea sim from May 2013. It has been my only primary number since then. All of a sudden it stopped showing network from yesterday morning. When I talked to the customer care I was told that my number shows active in the system.

@ViCustomerCare Vi service is very bad seriously i Port a sim vi to jio and after that backend team call me and fool me and cancel my port request i go to vi service centre they told this issue we cannot solve the backend team only solve your problem if my problem not solve i will file a case

After numerous visits to the store and Vodafone Customer Service I am still not able to transfer the eSim to another phone.The latest update I got is the documents have a name mismatch.Decided to port to a different service provider @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_Ind @AshwiniVaishnaw
