    @ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

    @swiggy_in you lost some revenue today, due to India's fastest network @ViCustomerCare Been waiting for otp since 02 hrs. Now @ViCustomerCare will drop in a DM, stating me to explain my grievance, hahaha. Pathetic!!! #vodafoneidea #pathetic

    @VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

    @ViCustomerCare i changed my sim frm prepaid to postpaid my both number 9953167449 and 9953477449 then vi team called me to add 1 more num in postpaid as recharge value is less etc to i converted one of sim into postpaid 9953151917 now last num Sim is not working & has stopped

    @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I tried to remove my number from family plan. My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.

    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia
