    @VodafoneIN I'm trying to reach your customer support team by dialing 198. Nobody is picking up the calls. I was in the call more than 23 mins but didn't get anyone in the line. Getting more frustrated with your network and support. #vodafoneInDown #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN Signal coverage in and around this area is poor. Especially indoor reception is poor 4G/3G. Please boost the signals in Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

    @VodafoneIN Stop this drama of Survey. Pls ask your respective team to work on the issues instead of sleeping on it. They are not worried about loosing customers. Wakeup and act. I am not able to make a single call from my home. If you dont act this time I will be forced to go legal.

    @VodafoneIN on behalf of my sister Ramalakshmi her number 9176538764 out going call is not connected we tried customer care but we couldn't rectify it's reacharged regularly active till august 20 we have 27 rs balance too kindly go through the issue sought out reason. Thanks

    @idea_cares today is a 5th day still my problem is not solved . If u cannot fix pls say i port my number... @VodafoneIN I can’t speak even 2 mins in a call and it was disconnected countinously and call was failed. If my problem is not solved tmrw i port my no thanks.

    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    @DoT_India As per @ViCustomerCare alternate number given by customer cannot be removed. As per them it is a mandatory thing. I couldn't find any regulation which mandates a customer to give alternate number. Can you clarify.

    @ViCustomerCare vi customer care's IVR service can never take me to the complaint section. Its highly confusing, so I'm going to just write it publically. Chhatarpur has 0 bars of connection with Vodafone and since I use two sims, JIO on the other hand has full bars. So fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare VI used expiriyance is very wrost, my SIM card is damaged,I was requested for a new sim but 2 times got wrong SIM which does not work and customer centers provide sim,mail to customer executive gave wrong SIM Why does your store provide me with this SIM 15 day to sim not running

    @ViCustomerCare Nobody Responding it as a serious matter as for me it is a ... Everytime I call you They simply told me this is the best we can provide. Is this the best ??? A simple whatsapp text is not getting Sent. Please improve your service or better to shut your service too
