    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    @idea_cares today is a 5th day still my problem is not solved . If u cannot fix pls say i port my number... @VodafoneIN I can’t speak even 2 mins in a call and it was disconnected countinously and call was failed. If my problem is not solved tmrw i port my no thanks.

    @VodafoneIN Stop this drama of Survey. Pls ask your respective team to work on the issues instead of sleeping on it. They are not worried about loosing customers. Wakeup and act. I am not able to make a single call from my home. If you dont act this time I will be forced to go legal.

    @ViCustomerCare is doing a total fraud!! I recharged with ₹95 plan and I was promised to get 4 gb internet with this plan but guess what I received no internet with the plan!!! Never ever go for this fraud network!!! Worst sim ever!!

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, My Vi number has been deactivated and is showing "Number Invalid". Due to a medical condition, I was unable to use my phone or manage recharges for a long period. I have now recovered, but I am still unable to move easily due to my health issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is just responding stupid posts to buy time. Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Very bad experience. #Viscam

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR
