    @ViCustomerCare Still resolution provided. Cmon Guys, just receiving calls from Social Media team, but no respite. Why do you forcibly impose plans to post paid customers which are not needed & not keep ur commitments. Pre-paid plans are much cheaper

    So basically since 10 am or so, I have had to set aside everything else to chase @ViCustomerCare to respond. They have responded, of course, but evaded resolving the problem. That's the kind of day it has been.
