    @ViCustomerCare Vi should have understanding that this is the time when network is very important in order to contribute in rescue operations.. every time you can not think of making Money... When other operators can give superb service Vodafone can give similar service. But ur team is sleeping

    @ViCustomerCare totally wrong SMS has been sent stating that compliant no. MNG-V00539147902 has been resolved. Problem with my phone still persists. Vi does not bother to call and check
