    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI I had chosen a porting option due to a network issue from VI. VI network team asked me to purchase a new Sim. But now the incoming and outgoing messages have been barred for 24 hrs after purchasing the new sim. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare Height of unethical practice. You guys should find some better ways to earn from a customer with 12 years of loyalty. Just because I downgraded my plan, you’ve charged a late fee for no reason in my current bill. Shame on you. Raising a UPC now.
