@ViCustomerCare i am really disappointed with the vi’s network quality, the calls are almost never placed and the data speeds are so bad that you cannot even send a whatsapp message, and I am using the most premium plan provided(REDX) and I still face issues like this.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network in my life for past few days...I m subscribed for 1year pack and it's getting low signal sometimes signal gone after the call and wait for sometime to get the signal(in case of emergency what can I do???)... Complain raised still noone called me..

@ViCustomerCare your data and voice is simply worst ii ts not been working since last Friday midnight beside what's th he use when you go for combo recharge and weekend rollover data benefit when you can't enjoy and water money in such telecom partner.
