I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

When they are not restoring service, they should return my money. The money was given to your company for a service, which you are denying. This is against human ethics.
