Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

When someone calls me and I pickup the call, it gets connect and your sytem speaks "you have dialed a wrong number" in between. Whtas the wrong?
