    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I have not yet received any resolution despite already paying the bill. You are asking me to pay the bill again will the link provided but even if I try it shows my number is not VI. I am very disappointed.. DO NOT USE VI

    Dear @ViCustomerCare for the past 2 months at my home from 5 pm to 11 pm the speed of the internet is so slow that I can't send mail to anyone, download pdf, download any image etc etc. So I request that please check the matter and solve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @MIB_India What is the Minimum recharge plan for VI to send Outgoing SMS? By 99 plan are you allowing customer to send sms? According to #TRAI rule all company have min rech plan. VI charged high with low network quality. Need monitoring. #VIpricehike

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN There is no resolution of problem, we have recieved. Amit was lying utterly. There is no transparent money transaction information. Informations r drastically different between Vodafone store's and Amit's.

    @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.

    @ViCustomerCare So this highly inexperienced executive Yusuf called to harras me in the morning without even reading my tweets or the DM. He obviously couldn't speak or understand English and disconnected the call when I was about to tell him my issue which he should have known before calling.
