    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN There is no resolution of problem, we have recieved. Amit was lying utterly. There is no transparent money transaction information. Informations r drastically different between Vodafone store's and Amit's.

    @ViCustomerCare your process to switch from post paid to pre paid is pain and time beyond expectations... @vodafone store is adamant to process which asked customer to come again after 4 hours &again the next day coz u cannot handle more than 2 nos. In 1 day. Very bad experience
