    @VodafoneIN network is very bad, I have never been able to use 4G or 3G network in my phone. And I have filed complaints many times but there is no solution, in fact it is a very useless network

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Since last 1 month whenever I call someone from Vodafone number, the voice breaks, sometimes there is complete silence from both side. I thought this is a temporary issue but the problem continues for a long time. Please solve the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare lives up to its expectation of pathetic customer service. The complaint raised on 13th may replace my old sim on 21st, still unable to use the internet, visited store showed customer executive the issue on his phone still issues not resolved (iim Kozhikode)

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to get Volte support in any smartphone with your sim card. Internet is working fine , but I am unable to make and receive calls. Please sort it out as soon as possible otherwise I will port out as soon as possible.@DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I am experiencing worse network issue for last 7 to 8 days. What's going on Voda? Everytime I dial it says FAILED. I reatarted my phone several times, reinserted sim multiple times, same issue. Very disappointed 😭
