    @VodafoneIN network is very bad, I have never been able to use 4G or 3G network in my phone. And I have filed complaints many times but there is no solution, in fact it is a very useless network

    @GodghatePurnima @ViCustomerCare Same issue in Pune, I don't know if there is anything called Customer care in VI. You take information like signal strength, how many tower building etc, Indoor, outdoor and what not and in return what we get is same pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare you continue 2 amaze with ur extremely unprofessional & inompetent behaviour. After my previous complaint of my mother not having received 28 days validity extension even after recharge, you hv managed 2 increase validity by mere 7 days. Rs49 for 7 days? Reallly?

    @ViCustomerCare No action taken till now your customer service agent not receiving calls since morning I' have tried 10 to 12 times but no reply worst service from Vodafone Idea I will request everyone who is using this Vi sim Port out then only Vodafone Idea will try to resolve problems
