    @VodafoneIN network is very bad, I have never been able to use 4G or 3G network in my phone. And I have filed complaints many times but there is no solution, in fact it is a very useless network

    @ViCustomerCare some problem with my pack have recharged 2-3 days back with 4gb per day pack but I can use net for atleast 2 hours in a day where as earlier with same pack could use net for more than 5 - 6 hours.

    @ViCustomerCare the plans in which you offer zee5 etc are they just for luring customers? None of them stream and they just keep buffering. Sound one can hear but not picture. Screen stuck at warning page of 16+. Is it network or subscription issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service vodafone.. VODA Now has become DHODHA.. Volte 4g is dream for customers, always automatically switching between 3g & 4g. Now no network and emergency calls only for last 4Hours... WTF..😡🤬🤬 POOR SERVICE is Compelling customers to portout.

    @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare Vodafone India deprives their customers from SMS service from Main A/c Balance. Vodafone India forcing consumers to recharge with a mandatory rate cutter. Is it as per trai regulation???

    @ViCustomerCare We have poorest network in village Majhra Atariya, block Saidnagar, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. All teachers and students are unable to work online during this COVID time. Requesting to resolve this network problem here. Hoping for quick action.
