    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI what is going on with Vodafone. Caller tune gets activated if we listen to caller tune of person we called this is called mental stress to customer. Do deactivate caller tune we have to Deactivate other alerts also thats what cc said we just spoke.

    @ViCustomerCare such a bad experience, i was an idea user and than voda came in and than booom, barbaadi. How is giving you permission to change my plans? Who told you to switch my number from postpaid to prepaid? Where is my consent on my number and plans?

    @ViCustomerCare Today I reveived a message quoting "We have found that network coverage in your area is good". When I try to turn on network, it shows only 2g or 3g range and I am unable to even send a whatsapp message.
