@ViCustomerCare on 23rd july have put request for porting out. Went to vi store to check if any outstanding amount is to be cleared. Why are you ppl not clearing the case. You ppl cant give normal connectivity, atleast allow us to leave your network peacefully #pune.

@ViCustomerCare So #myVI support team tells me to re-submit my proofs in order to correct an error in the billing address which they made during KYC process when I ported to VI. Why can't they correct a simple spelling error. This is not change in address! @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho

Hello @ViCustomerCare , Bought 2 sim cards 1 week back.Simcard has not been activated yet. No support from your helpline. Aman: +919348563548 Vi agent is not responding since then. Bought these Sims in Balanagar, Hyderabad.Such a pathetic experience for a new customer.

@ViCustomerCare your services will make me port for sure. The issue has re-surfaced again. There is no signal inside my house. As soon as I step out I am getting a full 4G network but as soon as I step inside house the network goes off completely. I faced this 2 months back, raised complaint and somehow it was fine but today again my whole network is gone and I am unable to do anything. Do you just want me to port or what?
