    @VodafoneIN I'm a Voda customer with 3 different numbers for couple of years. I've topped up my number with ₹249 dbl data dbl maza scheme. But the net speed is worst ever. I thought of staying with Voda bt kinda service I'm getting I've to think twice. I'm planning to leave Voda

    Very bad VI 4g Signal at my location lat:25.812684,long:81.838455 @ViCustomerCare,It's useless to provide 4g plan for this location.while recharging plan you should also provide one more filter for verifying the user location having 4g connectivity or not.WFH impossible with VI.

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of nonsense is going on vi ?? just to send one OTP sms I have to recharge with minimum amount of 179/- horrible just for one sms ?? Forcefully will do recharge but will send one more sms of porting.

    @ViCustomerCare @redefinethearth I am trying to be polite. I have said that i am having hearing issue.. but you guys keep on calling me to resolve the issue. It is like harassment . All i asked is how much the store manager can charge for changing from Vodafone postpaid to vi prepaid? I paid all postpaid bill

    @ViCustomerCare how much do you charge for porting from postpaid to prepaid in ur same network?? i was charged 700₹ for porting to prepaid... Store owner said 300₹ is for plan change fee,50₹ for sim, 350 ₹ for one month plan. i feel i am scammed by your store manager.
