    I first contacted @ViCustomerCare — they opened complaint IDs BHR-V01930979295 and BHR-V01935533102. Vi later replied saying, “Cashback successfully processed on your wallet.” But @MobiKwik shows nothing credited. Not a single rupee. So, who’s lying? 🤔

    @ViCustomerCare I lost network on my VI eSIM on Oct 30 and have been chasing support since. No resolution, SR closed without fix. Today your agent Neha was rude and disconnected my call, saying “we escalated.” It’s been 6 days—no update, no service. Terrible support!!no update
