    @VodafoneIN I'm a Voda customer with 3 different numbers for couple of years. I've topped up my number with ₹249 dbl data dbl maza scheme. But the net speed is worst ever. I thought of staying with Voda bt kinda service I'm getting I've to think twice. I'm planning to leave Voda

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending scripted replies. Use the screenshot, CAF no. or transaction ID I already shared to verify the payment amount & last payment date. Real support solves issues, not copy-paste replies. This is exactly why #AI will replace bad support first. #VI #customerhelp

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing network problems with my Vi SIM for the last 2 days. Sometimes there is no signal at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use the internet. In some places, the signal shows full bars, but the mobile data still does not work.
