@ViCustomerCare Some where end of Dec 2022 you sales sept contacted me to port all my numbers claiming VI network service has improved So I ported my 4 numbers end of Dec 22. After the no got active I realise the VI network is worst then my previous service provider

@ViCustomerCare How can I stop receiving calls from VI customer care. Your team has been calling every 10 minutes to check why I have decided to port out. I informed that this is also one of the reason that the customer service team is pathetic.

When I complained about my network problem, I didn't get any call. But when I port to @airtelindia, I am getting continuous calls from @ViCustomerCare. If again I get any call from @ViCustomerCare from your port team, I will file harassment case.

@airtelindia time to leave your services. 4G/5G speed just sucks and loading of your own website takes more than 3 mins. But you charge premium for providing useless services. @ViCustomerCare do you have good speed? Need to test before switching.
