This clearly shows #VI_INDIA has been doing things as u like. previously a lifetime service charges were taken from customer, but no 1 has received that service. So pls stop imposing ur customer @Trai

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare what type of service is this I have lost my phone and i am out of india and have been trying to reach to your team and have mailed all my documents to your team for esim transfer and they are only saying server down and will take 24 hours to revert i am in isolated place have lost access to whatsapp calling and other Financial account this is a serious concern and needs immediate attention plz resolve

    @ViCustomerCare Apart from that the network is so poor that making calls is difficult and Internet is simply not working at all I am unable to use the internet
