@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data. This is not acceptable. @VodafoneIN #fraudGang

@ViCustomerCare have been trying to explain to the customer care over email for 5 days now how I've been sent an incorrect + inflated bill of rental ₹448 instead of ₹299 and asking why my rental was changed from ₹275 to ₹299 in the first place. But no clear reply from you!

Check your DM @ViCustomerCare I got problem again what is this behaviour ?? If its still gonna like this I'll switch my sim and tell my friends to switch theirs too.. give us good customer service we are your customers not your slaves again and again how long your server down ?
