@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

India worst network is Vi. We shouldn't switch to VodafoneIdea Network. I'm facing a network issues since a 2 week and without resolution they @ViCustomerCare closed my request and wanted to know that, What is the uses of these kind of operator.

India's fastest network takes 5 minutes to detect OTP to log into their own application. @ViCustomerCare 🙏 take some steps so that your application open easily. It's too hard to open VI.
