    @shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

    @OfficeOfRSP sir sorry for these words but @VodafoneIN deserve much more strong and worst words than these. They are harassing & torturing the customers in one way or other. I wonder how wud they treat the layman/uneducated (abt these procedures) people. Sud I file a court case?

    @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

    @ViCustomerCare I recently bought 699 family plan and after that all troubles started. My bill is due 2nd april, but still my outgoing is barred, despite having unltimited calling. My data is not working. App is telling me to call 199 but how can i with calling barred?? Misery.

    @Jeona_Varinder @ViCustomerCare Yup some plans have vi charge 1 gb per day but same charge jio give 2 gb per day. This situation I choose jio . But jio connection speed very slow I don't waste my daily data pack so this situation I choose vi because her connection speed very fast ( I pay more money)
