@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @TRAI Hello we are using your network from last 8 years but till now VoLTE facility has not come in Bihar circle Idea customers are able to use VoLTE in Bihar circle but Vodafone customers are not which makes a big difference in speed and network.
