@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

I am seriously contemplating to port my service provider from @VodafoneIN & @Idea @ViCustomerCare Sick of the service. Earlier at least one of the two used to work now both don't work after merger. I've been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 years & idea for 11 years

@VodafoneIN Ported from Jio. Signal went out in Jio sim, replaced it with provided Voda SIM, but no signal in the new sim either( 0 signal, not even activated) Tried restarting and everything. What are you even doing for I'm out of network connectivity for over 6 hours now.
