@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@OfficeOfRSP sir sorry for these words but @VodafoneIN deserve much more strong and worst words than these. They are harassing & torturing the customers in one way or other. I wonder how wud they treat the layman/uneducated (abt these procedures) people. Sud I file a court case?

@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Vi shameless techinical team gave new tat of 7 more days after 17 days gone. Is anyone really bothered, realising my pain.I am unable to get office calls,no bank n other otps,i travel 2km just to get Vi network,recharge jio data everyday as cant use Vi.

Hey @ViCustomerCare whats this new Loot u have started? u have switched off SMS from Prepaid plans. if someone wants to send am sms they need to buy some stupid night plan? What's this cheating? Why can't u just deduct sms amt from main balance? Forcing ppl to buy useless plan
