@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@OfficeOfRSP sir sorry for these words but @VodafoneIN deserve much more strong and worst words than these. They are harassing & torturing the customers in one way or other. I wonder how wud they treat the layman/uneducated (abt these procedures) people. Sud I file a court case?

@ViCustomerCare Vi sold the No 7996299999 2 yrs back to me. I ported out to Airtel. For medical reasons I went abroad. No Got deactive. Airtel ready to give. But Vi even after getting full payment, had snatched it back and not willing to release. This is 420. Please help @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare It's the world's best network Cannot call, cannot use even 3G data speed, no proper management, only works on customer care executives, wrong update by all teams for customers complaint to secure their salary. Policy of Vi close the complaints of customers with wrong update.

@ViCustomerCare i m living in pocket-9 Rohini sector 21 Delhi and the worst part about your network is- it is not working here, it has very poor connectivity and giga net speed is almost nil. kindly resolve it as early as possible. Other wise port out option is open for all.
