@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@ViCustomerCare @ryu_Hemanth Non sense reply by @ViCustomerCare .. We are questioning you that why as a customer we are unable to untick Hindi language it's customers choice to select language. For this you need develop your app rather asking customer to DM his number.

@ViCustomerCare Long time Vodafone customer here. I was on family plan @ Rs. 999/- and for no reason you are changing the plan to Rs.1299/-. I was with Vodafone for long time as the postpaid plans will not change. After becoming VI you are forcing old cust. to leave the network

@ViCustomerCare I have too many Vi numbers. But today I am referrg to 750*. When I was browsing at 4.00 AM, internet was non-existent or very slow. Only after I recharged, normal 4G speed started. This happens every month. Why do you want private messages. Waiting for yr reply.

@ViCustomerCare Team i do not need a call, as last time also u called and promised and then forgot, instead i would suggest to do wht u said, ie refund, then give me a call, as taking 2 months for a simple issue is really disappointing !!!
