Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data.     @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

    @ViCustomerCare constantly their outward team changes plans & activates caller tunes without permission from subscriber & than the subscriber has to contact customer care to reverse the same and reversal of charges. Big mess or planned move by the company
