Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data.     @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

    @shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

    @ViCustomerCare We are located in a village where in case of natural calamity only mobile phone is a recourse. That time your service Dead at same time other Operator provided normal Service. why ? We are human

    @ViCustomerCare I'd recharged my number with rs.399 plan through online. Although the amount got debited plan wasn't activated in my number. After numerous calls to customercare failed reach them. Kindly resolve the issue or refund the money. So that I can opt fr another network
