@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@ViCustomerCare For 15 years i used idea, it was i deed the best network never had complaints, until vodafone took over, i tried not to change my loyalty, but the 50 gb month plan i hd never got used because network hi nahi aata tha kahi , most poor network now i switched to jio
