@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

Hey @ViCustomerCare, if any complaint is being raised for a bad network with no connectivity and call drops. The simple solution I get is no more optimization possible. Rather than giving such replies can you say PLEASE SWITCH. Refer 3-113080721800 and 3-113453462812
