@OfficeOfRSP sir sorry for these words but @VodafoneIN deserve much more strong and worst words than these. They are harassing & torturing the customers in one way or other. I wonder how wud they treat the layman/uneducated (abt these procedures) people. Sud I file a court case?

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

Faced a lot of trouble while discontinuing our connection, the bill kept increasing and we received horrible threatening calls for a long time. it was a nightmare to get out of the situation. Wrst part is thy did not infrm me& later on sent me a combined bill for 2 months. At whch point when I raised wth thm thy said its a "routine practice" to merge plans
