@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@ViCustomerCare worked, inspite of calling customer care 10 times. After trying for numerous time I got only the network to make calls but no data. (In Egypt) Highly disappointed. Gonna port to other carrier like rest of my family members once I come back. Horrible service, waste of money!
