  @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data.   @ViCustomerCare Why didn't you guys resolved it earlier. why i got the message about the resolution of complaint yesterday. when i called back for reassurance of my complaint they lied that its still active & ill get call today from your side & i ddnt recieve any call today. This happened twice

  @Jaynic2101 @ViCustomerCare They do it quit often...my complaint too was not resolved in real but they sent me message that its resolved.. when i call 198 they say its active and ill recieve a call tomorrow but i didnt.. tomorrow never comes untill its too late...and for VI its never late...

  @ViCustomerCare 7004848591...previously it was jio number but due to poor network of jio.. I and many have ported number to VI.. But now jio has installed his new tower... So now again I will port out from VI to jio..
