    @shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

    @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

    @ViCustomerCare Are VODAFONE people robots...maybe. They dont seem to understand english. Their SM team (one by one) will call customers and ask "what is the problem" - this will continue 100 times, even when the problem is already registered with them!!! can you beat this
