Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data. This is not acceptable. @VodafoneIN #fraudGang

    @shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

    @ViCustomerCare if it is postpaid then and then only they will attend your calls. It is the worst network of India. never ever port in this network. Very very bad experience regarding this portability.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to reach out to an agent but it seems bots are doing all the work. From last 20 minutes I cannot talk to any agent simply press options. I am facing a lots of difficulty browsing the internet, kindly help.

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Tum dono ke beech competition chal raha hai kya of who will provide the worst network? Kya bhasaad machaya hai? Can't even stream 480p videos. Saalon pehle 4G network to theek se do. Fir 5G lana.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been more than 36 hours my number is out of service. Have visited twice to Vi store at Byculla & Prabhadevi but no resolution. Feeling soo much stressed as my work has piled up. Is it the right time to port? @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare You customer service team is poor & social team is pathetic. Issue is with your app & customer is blamed for not using app as per desired rules by VI. Moreover when requested to change my plan to same old plan i am being charged again. No worries better to pay & port number
