Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data.     Vi has ONLY 1 DAY GRACE period for PREPAID NUMBERS. Outgoing & sms are disconnected on service validity expiry date, incoming is allowed only for 1 day. @ViCustomerCare AI Overview is INCORRECT. "Vi prepaid numbers have a 15-day grace period after the service validity expires"
