    @kaalratri89 @VodafoneIN Good luck dude...ported out from @VodafoneIN after using its service for 9 yrs. Now, they aren't refunding my security deposit. Cheap people running a fraud service.

    @VodafoneIN Do not try to fool the public. U r not working. What u r doing is not call working but time pass. Any decent company would not drag such small matter for 8-9 months. Shame on U @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

    @shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

    @OfficeOfRSP sir sorry for these words but @VodafoneIN deserve much more strong and worst words than these. They are harassing & torturing the customers in one way or other. I wonder how wud they treat the layman/uneducated (abt these procedures) people. Sud I file a court case?

Refusing to entertain my complains for refund of security deposit(MY security deposit not yours- @VodafoneIN ) is teeny tiny issue but selling out data.     Shame on @ViCustomerCare! I was lured from @Airtel_Presence with false promises. After porting, Vi demanded extra IR charges per number, pushing my bill from ₹999+GST to ₹1355+GST for fewer benefits. Complaint closed. Appellate ignored. This is cheating, not business. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi sim has no internet andno signal at the exact spot where it always worked before, although moving a few feet away restores the signal. Please check if there's a tower or network issue in my area. Turning out to be worst experience, faced too much issues.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am currently in Saudi Arabia and facing issues with PhonePe verification I have already recharged my Vi SIM with an International Roaming (IR) pack ₹475 and outgoing SMS is going throughbut verification is still failing. Please help me resolve this urgently

    Whenever I call the same number a second time, the call does not connect it tells "This call may be from a spammer. Stay alert." I have to dial a third time for the call to connect. Please resolve this issue ASAP @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial network site of Vi situated at AT- KHAJURIAKATA, PO- BALIMI,BLOCK-HINDOL,DIST-DHENKANAL, ODISHA, PIN-759020 is down since 2 days. Kindly get it recovered soon. Or else we have to port out from VI. Both 4g and 2g is down here. Mob- 7992848608
