@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

It seems like the folks at @ViCustomerCare aren't even trying to keep up the facade of continued service and customer support. In 12 years the consumer focused #telecom market with multiple players, has become a graveyard with terrible consolidation. #Oligarchy is anti-consumer.
