@shubniti @VodafoneIN @TRAI They say they hav improve the network from their end but we users dont see any improvements. I switched to other operator for the very reason. Now they are not giving my (security deposit refund)cheque. @VodafoneIN #fraudgang

@VodafoneIN Leave the weather report. Focus on the complaints. Got a call back from ur executive bt she had no update, no resolution. It was as if she called to say 'Hi' to me. Told me that the backend team will call back soon. Maybe there is no backend team. @VodafoneIN #FRAUDGANG

@ViCustomerCare I just spoke with @Airtel_Presence and they couldn’t provide me basic 4G internet service so they don’t have any problem with me porting out including 4 family connections. I would love if someone from @ViCustomerCare can DM me with more details on postpaid plans in network.
