    @VodafoneIN calls are not getting through to my landline phone at home PARTICULARLY FROM MY VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER. where as working fire from other Vodafone numbers. No response found from ur customer service executives.

    @ViCustomerCare why every once in a while landline calls doesn't connect? It happens often, but if called that same landline number through different network call gets connected. But from vi most of the times call doesn't get connected

    @ViCustomerCare my number is “8930922787” facing Internet problem for many days it’s second time last time few days before it was closed for 6 to 7 days . if you can’t resolve it then say I’ll port my all 3 Vodafone number to other operator. Don’t make fool of your customers.

    Such an horrible customer service from vi Lost a sim on 22/07/2022 Still yet it is not replaced Informed to store people on this regard and explained the importance of the number. Still it is not available for me. @ViCustomerCare

    NEVER BUY A VI SIM ONLINE, very bad experience. 😡 I purchased the vi sim only so that I could get the choice number but the delivery did not arrive on time and the number I had selected was booked. And after facing many issues, now i unable to use internet. @ViCustomerCare
