    @VodafoneIN calls are not getting through to my landline phone at home PARTICULARLY FROM MY VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER. where as working fire from other Vodafone numbers. No response found from ur customer service executives.

    @ViCustomerCare disgusting internet speed . I tweeted you before .i did the steps you told. you are taking avobe 700 for reacharge then why should we suffer??if you are unable to maintain a good network then tell it wisely. Going to port my sim and i will say dont use vodaph.

    @ViCustomerCare its getting tedious to just activate a new sim for my ageing father in law who us 75 now.None in ur call center is able fo tell us reason for failed sim upgrade.Simex msg doesn't work either.all that they inform us is to walk in to nearest center during pandemic

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Not exactly same problem. When I ported from Vi to JIO, I was made to do one extra min recharge for month although I had 10 day validity left. Reason given was during porting the number should be active, while porting is supposed to be done in 3-4 days.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI There ar reports acros d industry spectrum of insensitv customr care, AS IF NO LAWS FOR THEM - TAKE PLESUR IN HARASNG U. SINCE 1986 hav TAKEN LOANS FROM HDFC - Gud Service til few yrs bakl. Now they ar harasng me for 2 Yrs for Rs 600 online - NO ONE REDY TO SPK EVN RPTD REQUSTS.
