    @ViCustomerCare disgusting internet speed . I tweeted you before .i did the steps you told. you are taking avobe 700 for reacharge then why should we suffer??if you are unable to maintain a good network then tell it wisely. Going to port my sim and i will say dont use vodaph.

    @VodafoneIN calls are not getting through to my landline phone at home PARTICULARLY FROM MY VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER. where as working fire from other Vodafone numbers. No response found from ur customer service executives.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    I purchased a SIM online from official website of Vi, but it has been 3 days and neither have I received any call from your team nor has the SIM been delivered. If you cannot provide proper online service, such services should be discontinued. @ViCustomerCare

    Extremely disappointing experience with @ViCustomerCare Paid for a 15-day international roaming pack during overseas travel, but my SIM barely worked and caused massive inconvenience throughout the trip. Now even after returning to India, there is no network at all.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number ending 4565 was disconnected on 13-May-2026 due to pending DoT reverification. I’m in the UK and unable to travel now. Sent multiple emails with documents but no response from customer care. Number active since 2009, . Please help urgently 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I don't need your DM. Don't bother me again and again. I suggest everyone not to opt for VI as it has huge issues related to network, services and also finances. #VI
