@ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes whereas it's not even worth . Sound cracks so badly and full of distortion and one cannot hear the callertune clearly. Fix this pathetic service instead of replying with an automated message. Or else porting to @JioCare might be option.

@ViCustomerCare Hollow promises and nothing else, you said I need to keep sufficient balance for IR rental, I have sufficient balance now but still unable to make/receive any calls on International Roaming. If you can't solve the issue then tell me clearly and I will not waste my time with you.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I have noticed that Vi is still blocking its customer not to follow your directions and upon requesting to resolve, Vi asking me to recharge first.
