    @ViCustomerCare The customer experience has been ridiculous to say the least. To be frank, I do not think that your company is going to survive for long with this kind of don't care attitude of the company and CARE team to it's customers.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the first time I am facing this issue and Vodafone is doing nothing to resolve it. You said that you will resolve it in 48 hours but in 48 hours my bill will cross INR 10000. Rectify this as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare, i understand the crux of your problem now. You don’t know what DND service is. Your rep just asked me to download an app & keep registering the spam callers’ details on it. Irrespective of me registering for the DND service with you 👏🏼 Wow! Just wow! 👏🏼👏🏼

    @ViCustomerCare it appears that Vodafone shop person, Mogappaire was able to resolve my Vi connectivity issue. And NOT by any Vi tech support. So far it is fine...how long I don't know.
