    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, Kindly look into the SR reference number UPW-V00371523452. It was supposed to be resolved, but the issue is back to square 1. Took me 5 minutes to even load the Twitter handle. I am on the verge of loosing my patience with VI & switch to #Airtel.
