    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare is the worst of the lot.... I am abroad & facing an data issue for the past 6 days & raised complaint thrice but was of no use. Out of the blue I got a text saying my complaint has been resolved !!! Which was a total BS.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Faced similar issue when I ported, got charged with something which I had explicitly clarified about and was told that it’s not chargeable. Multiple calls to helpline but not resolved so had to pay eventually

    I don't why this is happening but if I'm on vi network i am not able to use paytm and this happening from the last 2 month i think , so much frustrated @ViCustomerCare @Paytm

    @bhatti_soyeb @ViCustomerCare In my house,thier network was automatically being switched to 2g network.. So I ported my number to another operator.. You do the same..

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am using Idea number since 2015 and did not face any issue, even once due do some issue I got late to pay my bill, and was charged with fine, which on request they waived off. So the issue you are facing is some scam from fraudsters.
