    @ViCustomerCare I am really disappointed with your service. You deactivated my sim due to lack of documents as per your records but from my end I already submitted all the proofs at the time of issuing new sim neither I got any message prior to deactivation. Now all my recharge plans are lapsed

    @ViCustomerCare 7 days passed away but did not get any response from your side what can I do , i had taken the new post paid connection but because of network problem i did not do a single call or use your net i also did the complaint but nothing happened do something
