    @ViCustomerCare My village is in Dalelpura Bundi City (Pin Code 323001 Rajasthan) under 5 km. but Vodafone's network does not come and the net does not run.

    @ViCustomerCare why have you disconnected with customers? Cant customers talk to support executives? especially since all grievances can't be addressed by pre-fed atuomated database responses. By directing all calls only to IVR you are conveniently avoiding customers @TRAI
