I understand you guys remember customer every day with a message to recharge but hey I did it u see in 29/05/21 with 2595 and yet Hotstar is asking me to pay & upgrade for premium membership.     @ViCustomerCare India' s worst network is Vi . I did bill payment 3 times. All the 3 payments are not reflecting. What is more worse than this?? You must shut down the Vi services in India. What a **** you have a created in lives of all

    @amoghranadive @ViCustomerCare You're lucky. On 21st May, I wrote an issue in this Twitter handle. Almost instantly Vijay from support team responded that someone will get back soon. After 2 week time, the "SOON" yet to come. Now probably need to drop my VI due to the no responsiveness

    Since the cyclone passed over the region, Vodafone's 4G service is not available, only 3G is coming and although sometimes 4G is available but it doesn't have VoLTE for which it is very difficult to make calls and get internet service at the same time. @ViCustomerCare
