    @ViCustomerCare Done all recharges. Still not able to send text messages. Visited your VI mini store in ulhasnagar, that executive madam was so rude and behaving very badly, not only with me but with every customer. She was giving random solutions

    @ViCustomerCare I'm extremely disappointed that I chose your network. Worst and horrible service provider. It was all better when it was Idea alone. It's been a bitter experience after Vodafone came into the scene. Please fix your mess or I'm switching to other network provider.
