    @ViCustomerCare I’m getting very low network coverage in most of the places I visit and sometimes when someone calls me, it says I’m on another call though I’m not. Being a very old customer of Vodafone, I expect this should be resolved ASAP, else I’ll have to port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys have such a terrible privacy policy. Recieved 15 calls a day regarding loans and what not. Securing your customers privacy is your job. And you're failing at it. @Suhelseth

    @ViCustomerCare learn something from @airtelindia . They ported the number from post paid to prepaid in a giffy. And here in Bangalore I am getting to hear from past two days that your system is down so won't process. That's why you are at 3rd spot in a race of 3
