    @ViCustomerCare I have DM the details, it's good if you change the process of postpaid activation like other service providers. Else day not far Indians will Kick you out from the telecom industry. Do not waste investors money and do not play with customer sentiments.

    From last year i use Vi sim but once in a day network not available,internet not working properly,no stable network.I thought it was phone's problem that's why i upgrade phone but now i am experience this on my newer phone.@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @TRAI @DoT_India since my plan over I'm noticing that @ViCustomerCare is not providing me general service incoming facilities maximum of time network bars are getting disappear totally blank. For which I'm not getting urgent calls on time.

    @ViCustomerCare You have neither 3G nor 4G network in my area. If you provide 4G in my area then I can guarantee that Airtel and Jio customers will come in large numbers in VI. Pin - 852131 ,Pathrajolhaniya , Ward no.- 04, PS- Pipra , Dist - Supaul (Bihar)

    @ViCustomerCare - 4G not working in Ecospace 1B building. Status bar shows 4G but Internet speed is 0 Kbps. Please check ASAP.
