I have 250 balance on my vi sim but my outgoing and incoming are barred @ViCustomerCare can't even send an SMS. God only knows what happens at vi if you lodge a complaint.

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to make and receive call from others when my network is on 4g ,but I am able to make and receive call from others when my network is on 2g and3g network. Please , enable volte on my 4g network for better calling.
