    @ViCustomerCare Facing network coverage fluctuating issue & low internet speed after every minutes network band switching 4G to 2G and Vi team planning start to 5G service? Its really funny , due to this bad service many Vi users move into Jio provider

    @ViCustomerCare Already discussed, but no solutions were there from your end. 1. Network issue - inside my residence and in many more locations there is 0 network. 2. Price hike - unable afford your price 3. Poor coverage - most of the location & places, while traveling, I faced 0 network.

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience for network and customer care service also if Vicustomercare know they are in fault then they never reply back... From November I got message from them for deactivate number but still bill is generated

    @ViCustomerCare I have Benn customer of Vodafone since last 11 years it was initially serving good but gradually network is down and support team always saying the same thing but no improvement after 1 year .Nearest serving site OR_INSC01 is soo down PIN-758001

    Amazing internet speed beat all networks in 4G technology @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS if u can't provide a better speed why u charge so much money for recharge for 4g it is worst then any other Network provider #bycott_vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare recently I have purchased a new postpaid connection (mob no - 8875805321) and in 3 days I got Internet issue 3 times. Even after doing lot of complaints my issue isn't resolved. Still I am not able to browse internet. What should I do ? Do I need to pay for this ?
