    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare Today again Your VI 4G Link is Fully down & No Mobile Network Tower & 4G Icon show.. several time Mobile switch Off & Onn but Results is Negative. Location:- Lat 25.994374° Long 92.84726°, pin- 782435. Please up the Link as soon as possible. @VodafoneGroup @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)

    @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.
