    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @VodafoneIN Many times i have complained in last 3 months that in my area internet services are very poor, we are paying for 4g and you are delevering 3g with bad, poor, 4rth class internet speed. You say DM you and i have done many times, NO RESULT IN 3 MONTHS👍

    @VodafoneIN I'm facing issues in sending text messages which is critical for UPI transactions. All other services on my number are working as expected. I'm not able to connect to customer care via any other platform. Requesting assistance in these critical times. Thanks.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you have the worst network in Guwahati. It's so so terrible. I have complained on innumerable occasions earlier. But problem has never been resolved. WORST NETWORK EVER.

    @ViCustomerCare disappointed with your network. Everytime, i need use internet, I need to put my phone in flight mode and then change. Going to port to some other service provider

    @ViCustomerCare Just to say the record straight, you have not shared any 'information' - you have merely stated that you are taking longer to resolve the issue WITHOUT any explanation as to why & WITHOUT any action to stop the continuing harassment/ threats/ intimidation to the lady concerned.

    @youbroadband A big govt.society in Navi Mumbai has your service including me in it but staff seem to care less about customer service and more about saving their behinds when we complain.Seems big business retention and basic customer service isn't top priority. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If my issue is not resolved within 48 hours and I get my money back, I will surrender/deactive or mnp my VI number to other company. Also I will file a complaint on the consumer affairs department. @PiyushGoyalOffc pls check once.
