@VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

@VodafoneIN Many times i have complained in last 3 months that in my area internet services are very poor, we are paying for 4g and you are delevering 3g with bad, poor, 4rth class internet speed. You say DM you and i have done many times, NO RESULT IN 3 MONTHS👍

Part2- So the new modus operandi by @ViCustomerCare to increase revenue and minimise losses is by adding sales numbers by starting VAS on consumers' numbers without any consent or without request from cunstomer's end and when the customer calls back for refund, a straight denial.

@PMOIndia Please help i am being harassed by @ViCustomerCare , due to their mistake my sim got some problem and now my sim has no network from 7 days , i called them they asked to mail, arnd 15-20 calls 10-12 mails and a few tweets i am still with no proper response.

@ViCustomerCare You have raised tariff sky high. Your recharge plan gives a talk time. But calls won't go. There is no clarity on how to keep the line active without going in for your data combo. Absolutely no option for talking to a human being in your customer care! Sick. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare since 7th December my VI number is out of order due to your negligence. Complaint no ODI-V00737317228 has been registered on 7th December. But no action so far. Is it Voda Idea cellular network or Tahasil Department ?
