@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

Been over 2 weeks since I have sent multiple emails to @ViCustomerCare but a response or action is yet awaited. They have called twice from +91 (20) 7100-3101, but hang-up or will not speak once a call has been answered!
