So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

I am filing a complaint against @ViCustomerCare for consumer fraud. These individuals forcefully added additional subscriptions (How to Videos - 7 days subscription) to my account simply because I was porting to Jio, and are now demanding Rs. 215. I will see you in court!

Very poor and unexpected service from @Airtel_Presence I have port my sim from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel but my Sim is deactivated since 8-9 months. I have cleared all dues pending with VI. I contacted Airtel many times, but no solution.
