@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

Can u guys at @ViCustomerCare really understand the root cause of this problem? It's as simple as replacement of power backup source like batter bank n generator at the server site. If backup source is changed to new...I m damn sure this problem would be eradicated.
