Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

@ViCustomerCare you in total 62 prepaid plans - 32 plan do not provide a service- clearly mentioned by you. Shame on you😡😡😡. And the least active plan you have for month is RS. 179. I have RS 11 as main balance and I can't use it to do a call or send SMS since a year.
