@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

@VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

@ViCustomerCare as it is so tough to talk customer care: did a topup of Rs 500. There was only one deduction of VAS Rs 128 and no deduction for call/sms/data. How is suddenly my balance become Rs 17.29? Not sure who needs school again. Or a simply a dacoit inside my account?

@ViCustomerCare After merger of Idea Cellular with Vodafone, VI customer care executives are negligent, careless and indifferent, are reluctant to reply emails. Reply is mechanical and it does not address the issue raised. On 27th Aug. I wrote for security refund but no reply.
