    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    @ViCustomerCare what a **** service from vi .. booked 2 paid postpaid numbers and one of the number gets rejected.. bad service and this happened 2 times .. very **** service

    @VodafoneIN Poor network n unclear voice calls...facing a really hard time during this WFM period. Even after complaining so many times the issue is still not resolved. Guess its time to say good bye to you.

    @VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    pathetic response by @ViCustomerCare service. outrightly declined my request, didn't transfer call 2 manager + denied to provide complaint/ref #. ₹499 recharge done by error, I called within 10 mins but no consideration. Kindly cancel recharge & refund. I haven't used service.

    - after trying to complain to @ViCustomerCare for months and nothing changing, I decided to port to @reliancejio. - the minute I put in a porting request, I was bombarded with calls from Vodafone Idea claiming they are going to fix my problem in the next 10 days. 2/3

    @ViCustomerCare There's a request Actually Today Afternoon i was recharging my Phone Number 8873066389.(My Mother's Number) But Mistakenly It got recharged to 8873066839.  Please fix this and refund my money or do a recharge reversal.

    Since they’ve cut my line, because they’re unfairly charging me, I got a new Jio number. But they harass my mother, who is also a Vodafone Idea customer. Illegally getting her contact again crossing all lines. @ViCustomerCare why are you so corrupt, disgusting & sadistic?
