    @ViCustomerCare ur 4g internet speed r getting worst every day. u will very soon loose subscribers. several complaints i registered, 2 days after that it works fine then again same problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.

    @ViCustomerCare Since you have still not addressed the internet speed issues for the past 3 years now despite having been a post paid customer since 2010 I am finally porting out of your carrier network to a rival provider. Loyalty counts for nothing in your case I guess. Goodbye

    @ViCustomerCare Having a roaming pack and getting call charges debited shows you have to your faulty software. you waited for the customer to make complaint before reversing charges! And now, NO CALL WAS ACCEPTED/RECEIVED BY ME, BUT YOUR SYSTEM SHOWS CALL REOCRD! So fault is at your end.
