@VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038° N, 77.5011° E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

@Nixachar @VodafoneIN That’s becoz of their poor infrastructure and the inability to upgrade while Airtel has ceased this opportunity to gather a larger customer base through their service. Set aside JIO that’s not a network provider but a “chit fund”.

@ViCustomerCare I have done MNP from JIO to VI but I am unable to use VOLTE in VI( As communication got by VI agent.due to merging new sim or some sim does not support VOLTE and we are working on it.) In this serious situation everyone worrying about 5G but VI has always problem.
