    @VodafoneIN not yet any solution in my area.. For 4g supernet speed it's being going to one month now. Please don't say u r trying to solve the problem. It's being one month.

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @VodafoneIN Here, so many users around my location 27.2038° N, 77.5011° E are using Vodafone. Still, the Service is so pathetic, Most of the time coverage is 3G only, sometimes 2G. ,Escalated many times. kindly arrange to enhance the Service of this area.

    @VodafoneIN If not solved i will be porting all my 5 numbers from Vodafone to @Airtel_Presence . No more foul play of complaint solved message to me without rectifing it as soon as possible. Solve it your long faithful customer has asked for your help vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Since you have still not addressed the internet speed issues for the past 3 years now despite having been a post paid customer since 2010 I am finally porting out of your carrier network to a rival provider. Loyalty counts for nothing in your case I guess. Goodbye

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.

    I submitted a SIM port request on 16th. Got confirmation message that it would be activated on 18th, but now my old SIM is already deactivated and the new SIM is still not active. This is causing major inconvenience as I have no network at all. Please resolve @ViCustomerCare
