    @VodafoneIN What response do you need your customer care doesn't takes my complain saying we can't take complain because there's network congestion in your area. It's not my fault that there's network congestion in my area. I am paying whole amount every 3 month for the high speed internet

    @VodafoneIN My 13 year old vodafone number got deactivated on 10.02.2020. Now for the last 10 days I have been contacting your store and customer care. None have been able to explain why my number got deactivated nor have they been able to activate it. Total inefficiency.

    Hey there since past one month I having been facing continuous network changes from 3g to 2g. Being a 4g subscriber I am not able to enjoy the benefits which I had payed for. Customer Care doesn't respond,don't talk about your app it also doesn't,help me out soon @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare ur 4g internet speed r getting worst every day. u will very soon loose subscribers. several complaints i registered, 2 days after that it works fine then again same problem.

    Does @VodafoneIN mini store can't provide the call details statement to their user when it's urgent. When called to cstmer care they tld the prblm would be solved by mini store but visiting there the rude employees totally denied any service of call details.Very disappointed!

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.

    @ViCustomerCare,I paid ₹4k for international roaming pack,but the service has been extremely disappointing.Most of the time I’m getting only 1 signal bar,network is unstable& 5G speeds aren't com. This is unacceptable for paid IR roaming .#Vi #VodafoneIdea #InternationalRoaming

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.
