    @ViCustomerCare Vi's customer support is super fast, my VoLTE was not activated then I just talked to customer care executive and they told me that my VoLTE will be activated in next 30 minutes, but my VoLTE was activated under 5 minutes. Best customer service thank you Vi.

    I'm from Machhaligaon district gorakhpur, I am idea/Vodafone user, the 4g network is so pathetic here, that forget about internet you could not call to someone and when you call to customer care then they will ask for your details but they can't do **** @VodafoneIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS There are many locations in Muzaffarnagar where 3G speed is getting, data speed is bad in Muzaffarnagar in the last few days, VI's 4g network is missing even after manual search of the network. Request to VI team try to this network problem ASAP.
