    @ViCustomerCare Still not done yet. Your customer care executives are disrespectful and lairs. They insinuate that I should port out of Vodafone. 'this is where I agree with them.' 2. I can't use internet when I'm call. Because no one at vodafone understands what does VoLTE means! 'No surprise

    @ViCustomerCare @BDUTT Instead of empathising the customer , these looters of VI are eyeing on the prize, what a fall! VI creeps are even more pathetic & disastrous in terms of network & coverage, imagine similar situation with you guys, no one is gonna spare you. @ViCustomerCare fire your SMM.

    @ViCustomerCare @BDUTT Swiched from VI to Airtel 3 months ago. Again back to VI. its has deterioted and worse. I have always to move out of house to take a call. Downloading speed is disgusting. Why pay bills for poor service.? Minister, are you listening.?
