@ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 15-Jul-2021 09:52:16 AM with reference number C004-120085925381 is registered. We assure resolution by 19-Jul-2021 09:59:01 AM. Till now there isn't any resolution. 4 days ago I Dmed here. And no one has even bothered to reply to my message.

@ViCustomerCare 48 hrs and no resolution. Never seen a more inept company. Clueless!! How difficult is it to enable international roaming. And my regular international roaming was always activated so why “no service”.
