  @ViCustomerCare We have taken a Toll Free Number 1800 12 12345 ( Not Working) , DLT Services ( Not Working), Five VIP Postpaid Numbers (Some Issues). Invoices not provided. Our startup not started due to Vodafone India. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

  @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , It’s been 71+ hours and my SIM is still not delivered. I’ll be going out of city in the next 1–2 hours for a few days. If it will fail, don’t blame me for not receiving it — this delay is on your end, not mine. Really disappointing service

  @ViCustomerCare This is absolutely unacceptable. I am facing severe network issues on my Vi SIM — calls are not getting connected, incoming calls are missed, and the voice quality is extremely poor. This is affecting my daily work and communication.

  @ViCustomerCare @khan_arbaa88923 Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.
