@ViCustomerCare As per your plan, data booster pack has its own validity, so it doesn't append with the service validity, but when it comes to using Data when my service validity is over, I am barred from using it till I recharge with a service validity plan. Why this hypocrisy.

@ViCustomerCare So in the first scenario your system wants to isolate data pack from service. But in the second scenario it wants a dependency. If that is not hypocrisy then I don't know what else is.

@ViCustomerCare How it is addressed? What action you have taken against the store? Have you penalised store for cheating customer? This is fake resolution and will file complaint against cheating with appropriate authorities.. Any harm caused in reputation of VI will be your responsibility
