    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't give me excuses fix it by your actions. I am not going to pay any type of charges just to activate my SIM again. It's really cheap that you have gone so down to cheat customer. you guys directly cut off the Sim network from my phone. #WORST at everything.

    @ViCustomerCare I am porting all 46 numbers of our organistion becoz u have the poorest customer service ever. I had sent mail using customer id that you mentioned in bill, but your executive says we cant find that. You have the most expensive plans.

    What scam are you guys pulling @ViCustomerCare ?? Every time I raise a request for esim conversion, the barcode is shared to your back end teams own email id and your customer care team is trying to downplay it. No responsibility whatsoever ever. @TRAI please look into this.

    Shame On You VodafoneIdea(VI). Even though network was full and there was 4G+ I was not able to download a simple 19Mb BangloreApplication. Vi App never loads,When Ever I ask them for solution they never respond,network speed is like 2G Call quality is rubbish @ViCustomerCare
