    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare i complain many time for network issue in my city but not reslove any every time when I call to customer care every time they ask for new complain. My city Amethi pin code 227816 pls 🙏provide good network .

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare One thing I've been noticing for some time now is that 2G networks are at home? 4G network is showing this thing outside? Why would this thing happen? As many telecom companies as there are, no one has 2G service yet? The only service you have is 2G?

    Waiting for an issue to be resolved with @ViCustomerCare from 14 may ..Its then end of May and I am still waiting for responses from them..At this rate I'll have to spend my life solving issues with them.#vicustomercare #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Just now i have contacted with one of ur customer care name Shruti. Ask for transfering call to senior department,that also not done..Pathetic service. No resolution given of last 5 complaint and raising another one..Just Vi thing.Only foooling customers
