    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I received a call from your team yesterday. I was informed that a site visit had already been completed. I reminded your representative that your engineer had assured me a new site would be installed and the issue would be resolved within 15 days.
