    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare I was an idea customer with nom holdong 8692923660 and went to vi gallery upon on deactivating my no., Instead of giving me prepaid plan of vi they given postpaid plan saying that it's not in ur procedure to issue prepaid.
