  @ViCustomerCare So actually matter is that due to you glichy and ****** app I mistakenly activated a Value Added service ( SonyLiv Subscription) And one of you agent given fake commitment she said I successfully deactivated after 4 months I found that is activated

  @VodaIdea_NEWS @exploreIMC Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint.
