    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    Last week, I tweeted about how bad Vodafone network is. The customer support got in touch with me and after a few days, they said "we're unable to resolve your issue" and I can now confirm that the the network has only gotten worse. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience. Vi creates trouble even for those customers who are using their postpaid for last 6 years. Now I have decided to end this by choosing cellular services of other companies who can better serve.

    Bought an international roaming pack. Landed in another country and pack doesn't work. struggle without internet and calling. complain to @ViCustomerCare & each time they close it because they "can't reach me". well, why do you think I'm complaining? Process my refund already 🙄

    @ViCustomerCare Now your team saying the call is not connecting to my number. If customer care is not able to call on my number. Then what service you are providing. Also I have provided alternative number twice in DM still they are asking alternative no. Am I look like a fool?

    @ViCustomerCare .... pathetic.... disappointed.....time to leave vodafone now.... multiple requests raised for DND ....fed up of so many calls whole day....it's only on Vdf network...
