    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has no network in Leh Is there a Vi partner n/w that I can configure to enable my Vi no 9158893431  Otherwise help me port out to BSNL or Airtel Tried phone, email and app support but no outcome since a week Such a simple ask, call me @ 9890001760

    @VodafoneIN Not able to connect to the 4G network. Neither the internet is working nor the calls. And the customer care agents says that the system is being upgraded so it will work after 12 midnight. Kindly provide a feasible solution. Suffering alot from last 4-5 days. #port

    @ViCustomerCare Plz make sure u don't bill for 39 rs charged against caller tune as it never got activated and this being the reason I have initiated porting process with other vendor. Plz generate bill pro rata basis.
