  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

  I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

  @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,
