    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I received a call from your team yesterday. I was informed that a site visit had already been completed. I reminded your representative that your engineer had assured me a new site would be installed and the issue would be resolved within 15 days.

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    My wife's phone number stopped working all of a sudden. No incoming/outgoing calls, data and sms work. @ViCustomerCare - this is probably the worst service experience. Planning to switch to a different provider, doesn't seem to have any value in continuing with Vi

    If you’re in Himmatnagar, Gujarat and planning to switch to VI SIM card then don’t do it, it so worse that I’m tired of raising complaints and today their executive applied for sim deactivation without my consent. @ViCustomerCare so pathetic service! Don’t port to Vi

    @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?
