  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

  @ViCustomerCare Please provide a complete breakup and explanation for these additional charges and clarify why I am being charged ₹862+ when I was promised a ₹399 plan. If this issue is not resolved with a proper explanation, I will have no choice but to port my number to Airtel.

  @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.
