    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than 28 days now. Height of unproffessionalism. Tell me why the SR number is also deleted from vi? Also this time I'm willing to port out. Think this is not working. Your customer service is pathetic. Let me know the procedure to port ASAP.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare I have unlimited pack active bt still not calling to free bank customer care no., 4 that I need main balance even though I have unlimited pack active & there is not details mansion in pack means u are not transparent to ur customer. Pls do needful.

    @ViCustomerCare my number 8577854179 network is not coming for last 1 days...I don't understand why is this happening and all I request to the idea to take immediate action as per rule and also try to resolve the issue at the earliest. And inform me the same. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare We felt helpless from your end. We forced to tweet. Our calls were not received by your customer care, too We don't expect calls from you. Just need to remove Wrongly charged ISD calls. And find out the actual callers.

    @ViCustomerCare , i need help, i am not able to make calls to no’s starting with “1800”. I have raised complaint(NC004-121251222491)on 11-Aug, I have reopened the complaint twice, no action taken but continue to receive “resolved” issue SMS, can you help?
