  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

  @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, hope you're well. Your dept has declined to register a network coverage issue for a specific area, as I don't reside there. I visited that place & there was no data connectivity, hence I raised a concern. Please be fair & resolve this issue... Senseless!
