    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare My data keeps carrying over. Since I'm not able to use more than 1 GB a month , due to bad signal and internet speed. After complaining so many times, the response I get is you'll can't do anything, use WiFi to make calls. Seriously?

    There began the HARASSMENT by the great machine known as @ViCustomerCare. Service reps calling me nonstop about that unpaid bill. Btw, those connections have already been deactivated by now because of the unpaid bill (and fairly so). But the calls just wouldn’t stop (15/n)

    @ViCustomerCare For service validity extension recharges, it says "no outgoing sms", so are the sms' charged separately or are they barred?

    Aside from the straight up injustice imposed on me by forcing me to buy the new connections, is it genuinely worth all your company’s time and money on @ViCustomerCare service reps and legal fees just for extracting a paltry 1000/- odd rupees? (21/n)
