  @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

  @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic services u guys r providing. Requested for e sim on your app and got confirmation also but didn’t received QR n my physical sim is also not working now. Customer care is asking for lost list of documents. Poor network n poor services.

  Have bought a new sim on the app, but there is no network since 4 days now. Not your Vodafone store or customer care number able to help. Have paid for the premium number as well. I hope you can help? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
