    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare I am on a OCI card and do not require a visa to visit India. Still I keep on getting SMS that according to TRIA requirements my service will be stopped in the next 24 hours due to visa expiry. This is after sitting in a Vi office for 2.5 hours trying to solve this issue

    @ViCustomerCare Many times i registered the complaint in V! App that internet is very worst, my all recharges of 19rs per day are waste becuase i can't able to use even 100 mb from it. The customer representative called me from V! Don't have proper manners to talk, she cuts call.
