    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare simple email correction in APP takes more than 7 days. company seems to be filled with garbage services and people. people keep on asking me whether correction is done or not. why don't you have a system to check whether the thing has been done or not. pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Having a roaming pack and getting call charges debited shows you have to your faulty software. you waited for the customer to make complaint before reversing charges! And now, NO CALL WAS ACCEPTED/RECEIVED BY ME, BUT YOUR SYSTEM SHOWS CALL REOCRD! So fault is at your end.

    I made a big mistake by recharging in Vodafone, now I will get my Vodafone number ported 10 days before the recharge ends. Enough is enough, complaining through tweets will now be an action. Retweet If You Have Surfing/Download Speed Problem In Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare #Voda
