@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

@ViCustomerCare The issue still there. It barely lasted 5-10 days after last communication. Details- complaint for Voice-No Access INC or OG with reference number MUM-V01138958409 is registered. If Vodafone is unable to resolve please confirm so.

@ViCustomerCare Vi postpaid is a total scam. They have not refunded me the amount that was charged unnecessarily during inactive period,till now. Customer, please think twice before you port to Vi postpaid or opt new Vi connection.

@ViCustomerCare I still have not received any call from Vi. my sister (a blood relative of a cardholder) had to go to a different store and again they explained different procedure which will take around 10 days. seriously the service you are providing is pathetic.
