    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare sure i am done you it was my mistake to told my father to port in vi .if the customer support team forcing to use postpaid then no wonder why store team given postpaid sim without asking to my father using benefit of lack of knowledge !nice technique i will port to airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service..I took international roaming but once I reached there it was not working..contacted customer service but they couldn't solve the issue. Need refund!

    @airtelindia i will do that but stuck with @ViCustomerCare postpaid for 90 days and can’t switch. Once this period ends, I’ll share full details. attest not using elder person customer trust and lack of awareness about postpaid vs prepaid are exploited just to push postpaid plans for profit!
