    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity in my area, whenever I am complaining about the issue, I am getting the reply that the issue will be resolved within 3days, and since from the last 6months.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare It's now 3 months that I have been complaining to @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare about the issue that I am not able to access Netflix subscription on VI REDX plan.. but I have still not received any solution for the same. pathetic services

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks you vi for giving me third class service . Your company customer care rudely talk with customer and it doesn't having Ethics and manners. I was complaint regarding internet before 20 days but Vi network team can't solve this issue.@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare
