    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    @ViCustomerCare Being a customer of Vi now,and vodafone before I am extremely dissatisfied with the way they are closing their postpaid plan and offering new plans, without discussion,only through sms. The new plans have higher rentals .In my case it has increased by Rs200.

    @ViCustomerCare You people are just pretending to help and solve customer's complains but in reality you are just looting customers by unethical practices and after multiple calls & tweets nothing is achieved except frustration on the customer's end.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care twitter handle is operated by bot never give the complainant via twitter DM of VI sim's any complaint. If possible switch to Airtel or jio for better service.
