    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    Worst Customer care service by @ViCustomerCare at the Brahma Majestic store of Vodafone. Their agent named Azhar was arrogant, aggressive and almost abusive. Such a shame, who will want to do any business with you. I felt so humiliated....@VodafoneGroup

    Complaint so many times about network issue . Complaint disposed always without any resolutions. New complaint number is MNG-V00618328592 . Hope Vi do the same , dispose it without any resolution. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Hi i port my postpaid sim into prepaid after that I recharged 699 prepaid plan money was deducted but recharge not happened. HELP

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have similar issue where my plan is changed without asking .inrestingly, I was been told by vi support that the plan will not change and when I ask them why it happened, they say show us proof that we said that .The cio are in the loop but no one brothers to take any action.

    @ViCustomerCare following for complaint raising frm last 6mnts, 1 month in written but no support total fraud behaviour, mis-sell and many more without my consent, i hve recording, but still blaming me, @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I am sorry but this looks like an eye wash of a customer service. 24 hours further and still no outgoing call service, while your call center says things are normal.
