@VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

@ViCustomerCare till date I was able to use 4g on my existing idea sim. Now the customer care says you need to change the sim from near by vi store. You are only increasing the e-waste rather then your service. #environment @consumerforum_

@ViCustomerCare really disappointed 😞 by online sim delivery system It's been long I have placed order but still there is no sim delivery there is no communication from VI And no proper reply by customer service no.s I just wish a refund or asap delivery

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Yes I appreciate your ideas but there should be network in her mobile. Otherwise she would not be able to call or text anyone for help when she is in danger. Keep that in mind. Worst indoor coverage, call drops while travelling, network outages...Vi
