    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    @ViCustomerCare Need help. My father ported out of Vi. Refund amount 3916 to be paid . records by Vi Store confirms NEFT done on 3rd Jan. We never shared Bank account during porting. dont know where NEFT done by VI and to which account. Can you help and pay the refund ? thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely horrible service. From 4 days I am following up on Sim change request. 6-7 visits, twice sim change, documents submitted. Still no service on the Sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I visited Behala Vi Mini Store 19 Ho Chi Min Sarani. It was a awful experience. I went for activating a number. The person literally started scolding me what I should say, how I should say. And after that he refused to do the activation. Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare After porting out from you, You are sending sms that final bill has been delivered to xxx.xxx@xxx which is not my email id . And the mistake on the email ID looks deliberate as you sent it for 10 years in my email previously. Unable to get any help from cust care!
