    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service! Your agents are asking outstanding amount on a no. which was closed 3 yrs ago and on that u hv refunded me the deposit amount after closing the account. I’ve explained them over phone and emails but no resolve HELP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare All the folks in my family use Vi Network. And have been facing the wrath of obscene bill cycles, bill amounts, and apathetic customer service. I am being billed twice for the numbers which your executive has been failing to add to my plan. PORTING OUT!

    @ViCustomerCare I called to your customer care. They told me that you stopped outgoing sms services to below 128 rs recharge. Means VI loosing customers and want to make money from loosing customers.
