@VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

@ViCustomerCare He is uneducate. Doesn't know how to handle those accounts. Instead of doing help giving excuses the same . Complaint is raised for incoming/outgoing call issue, your customer care closing as voice quality issues. This how your Idea Sir ji ?

All her medical records, other vital services linked to her number. PS: The customer care contact information & escalation matrix on Vodafone Idea website r wrong.

@suchetadalal @rohilla_aakash @ViCustomerCare For me it works on resetting. There is an option saying reset to default in Android. I have seen this issue in many states as VI APN settings are wrong in many states, it leads to many test case failures related to internet and calls.

@kishanm77 @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Even one of y friend had same problem. They took their sweet time to resolve. Kindly try troubleshooting via Vi app and check whether it says "No active Calling plan". This is a system error even though you have a plan. We had to do a recharge of Rs.10 for emergency Calling
