@VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

@ViCustomerCare 11 days asking for single small thing. technical error due to which instead of package I chose regular overseas roaming charges were applied. you guys are mouthing niceties but not solving the small issue. US trip had a major issue but accepted small adjustment.

@ViCustomerCare Purchased Postpaid vip number since last 20 days. No any verification done. Now all services are suspended after using it for 15 days. Visited store 5times and called customer care 4-5 times. Needed urgent verification and activation as I am visiting Kashmir. Pls

@shantanunandan2 @dilasha @ViCustomerCare This is just isn't some technical error .. this is absolutely alarming n issue relates to national security - if this is an error on part of VI, govt of India should cancel their licenses in India, if this area has now been notified as Chinese territory, then PM/ HM should resign
