@ViCustomerCare Dear VI team. I am havinh a very bad experience from VI. I converted my Postpaid 7834918456 to prepaid. Clear all postpaid dues. My prepaid no. blocked saying postpaid dues of around Rs. 90. I paid yesterday at 1430 but still my number blocked.

Dear @ViCustomerCare , Incase if you are wondering why are you loosing customer. Few days ago my sim stopped working, I went to the vi shop , they refused stating that relationship manager is not there , all they had to do was give a new sim but I understood and went on.

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service you are running. You ask us to choose VI movies and OTT for free and in the middle of month you change it to paid and charge it to postpaid bill. Shame on you. Begging is better than cheating customers like this.
