    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I have not heard from anyone yet. Why this harassment? Why do you want us to pay you in advance when your network fails us each time? How can you block a basic service without intimation and without reason?

    @BSNLCorporate and @ViCustomerCare are government supported enterprises. Both have no business plans. VI doesn't sell prepaid sims. BSNL self-care app doesn't work. Recharging on other app. It requires id. Government should look into this issue @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Contact your outlet, address provided. Check why recharge amount not credited till now? Open outlet only to cheat customer money. No value of your promise. 72 hrs passed till now number not active, although I have recharged.
