    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    Thnks to @ViCustomerCare 4 keeping the faith. I can use internet without issues if I'm outdoor. In case of @Airtel_Presence, there is nothing in both locations. Plz don't go for Airtel. Requesting @ViCustomerCare to look issues and I'll recommend my villagers for VI only. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I send my number on Private message after VI reply on my tweet. They do only formality. I still waiting how to solve my problem. I regret why i join Vodafone Idea. I'm very happy with JIO More than 3 years I'm with jio I never face problem .

    @ViCustomerCare Really bad service during Pandemic, Old parents living alone, lost SIM card has not home delivery service even if said we will pay additional. No wonder you are loosing customers
