    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare I had told her I can’t convert to postpaid as I live abroad, she said she will do replacement but the sim won’t work- This kind of service is not at all expected from Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you. I also use Vodafone, I had to buy Jio because of vodafone's network issues at certain places.
