    @ViCustomerCare my family member is using your services, with the recent recharge done now the speed of the internet has reduced a lot and I need to put on flight mode many times to get the network and to send messages from any app. Please look into this asap.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 2 hours since my complete vodafone network is gone and I don't have a single line in the poshest area of Bengaluru. Why should I continue with your service when I can't get basic network. It happened yesterday also after 8:30 PM and today as well, and till now I don't have network at all. Can you fix this once and for all or else you will loose 11 years old Postpaid customer in no time
