    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare my mother who is a sr. citizen was recently forced 2 migrate frm prepaid to postpaid connection by ur Vi Store team. Her connection now is suspended due 2 some verification issues inspite of submitting Aadhar. Sr citizen struggling with no access to calls.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar . Now happy after assistance from government from debt to equity. Of 1633cr still you will not listen problem of customer. Why your social media team not responding all time sleeping like your network. I guess for that reason still awaiting reply.

    @ViCustomerCare What is wrong? Your team hasn't yet resolved the network issue. My Vodafone Idea SIM is dead since yesterday 10 am. No internet, no SMS, cannot make voice calls. Please, look into the matter.
