@VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

@ViCustomerCare VAS is still a vonvern for your company...this is wrong approach to get the balance. I complaint for wellness pack which was activated and post confirmation of its deactivation a new pack subscription of Fight TV got activated. Stop doing this..!!!

@ViCustomerCare I am having network issues( attempt 6 calls gets connected 1,no internet at all ) from 17 th august , have complained on 22nd, no follow ups , no problem solving, just extending the dates or closing the complaints without solving it.

@navkumaryadav @ViCustomerCare I agree. That is the only reason why I am not changing from Voda. At the end of the day, these 2 or 3 companies care 2 hoots for customers. I would LOVE to work for such a customer service, where service = 0 ! #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare you only offered me free Amazon Prime, I didn't ask for it when I was porting last time assuring to resolve my network issues. And now when I am porting out of Vodafone due to network issues you are charging me for Amazon Prime. Shameful
