    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make or receive any call since this morning if someone calls me it says the person you are trying to call is busy right now but when I call someone it says nothing and simply gets cancelled although I have a active plan of 699 please help me ASAP.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare network has gone down again and I have DM you my details as asked by your executive earlier. Kindly look into the matter and please restore the network. We are unable to call, browse and completely cut from rest of the world. We are depending on WiFi.

    @sanjaybhutiani @ViCustomerCare I am VI customer,No calls and internet is working with VI sim, when I tried to send sms sms also sending failed when I tried many times..I raised complaints many times still facing the issue..VI is blocking not to send sms for port, this is cheating worst network

    @ViCustomerCare what a foolish move by vi to cut the outgoing sms from normal pack. wasted money. they could have atleast offer 10-20 sms. will definately going to port my vi number into jio. vi service is just craps nowadays. #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare , @vodafoneIN_Fdtn If you can't earn you don't need to cheat. You deduct unnecessary amount in the name of VAS from your end. And when i texted, you said you'll call and disconnected chat and never called. When i called you put my call on hold and never reply.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear your VI oprator NETWORK INTERNET 4G SPEED in this area does not oprating properly and speed not a 4g network type very bad speed in this google map plus code 8J2Q9H54+7P area.
