    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare i have recharge ra- 50/ for balance and now i see only rs4/ only, when i called customer care they told me i have subscribed something that is why my money has deducted, now i want to change my company to jio. Horrible service.

    @ViCustomerCare Problem is same.. i am receiving msg as late as ur reply .. i am receiving bank msg including otp after otp expires on your network (OTP Sent in 10 in the morning received in 6 in the evening)
