  @ViCustomerCare How did you mark my ticket "**********7540" as resolved? Did I say my network is connected and IR is working fine? Is this your customer service? After 6 days of struggle I am still unable to use IR. Kindly see if you have any IR expert.

  @ViCustomerCare "UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POSTPAID ISSUE" I lost my sims one is Airtel one is VI Both are prepaid sims. i went to stores to get my sims back i submitted all documents. I got airtel sim in 10 days which is prepaid.i got VI sim after 3 months which is postpaid.i want prepaid @TRAI
