    @VodafoneIN I'm a Voda customer with 3 different numbers for couple of years. I've topped up my number with ₹249 dbl data dbl maza scheme. But the net speed is worst ever. I thought of staying with Voda bt kinda service I'm getting I've to think twice. I'm planning to leave Voda

    @ViCustomerCare As per your request I had visited VI mini store katenanivali kalyan east they also has not issued me sim replacement with the help of voter card, DL and passport. Please solve the problem or else I will approach the consumer court for redressal.

    Absolutely shameless behaviour and pathetic “International Roaming” @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Visited Mexico for an official visit from 17-23 April. Activated “IR” pack for the same. Did not latch on to any network even once. Had to buy a Saily eSIM to stay connected 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.
