@ViCustomerCare The process of changing support agent has begun. I will have to go through series of different support agents who are going to tell me they have sent it to the "concerned team". And will resolve soon. I was told this will be resolved before the week ends

@ViCustomerCare I want to pay half Amount now. But your customer care says you cannot pay half amount you have to pay full amount now. Otherwise wait for 30 days. We will send recovery guy at your Address and recovery guy will let me know after 30days with notice.

@ViCustomerCare Worst service by Vi. Will be shutting both my numbers down because of the poor service. Vi store misguides, customer care misbehaves over the phone! There is no place for an unprofessional brand like Vi in the Indian market.
