@ViCustomerCare I was to get a resolution by Wednesday as promised by your executive. Forget resolution, I HAVE NOT GOT A REPLY / UPDATE AFTER MONDAY. I really was not expecting anything more from Vi. I am quite sure my money has been eaten.
