    @ViCustomerCare Hi, your executive came to my house, checked the network and advised me to change my simcard. Which I did in July middle. But the problem of bad network is still there in our area. Pls look into it or I am porting into Airtel or jio. My alternate jio number has full range here!!

    @SurenddraGupta @lnsahu @ViCustomerCare They will never respond in these situations. Neither will they call too. Better to shift to some other network and ask ur friends too to port out of it.

    @ViCustomerCare Very frustrated due to the service. I get a call and whenever I pick it I get a message that Thankyou for choosing to access sports pack. Rs 5 is deducted. This happened twice.

    @ViCustomerCare @PawandeepChhab1 this is RPA or bot then ask your developer to fix your bug . No one is talking about Vi service , reference to Vodafone does bit mean that you will reply with this message
