    @ViCustomerCare Team, why is my prepaid line regularly debited for services that I havent requested for? My balance has been reduced to bare minimum due to these fraudulent deductions. Fortunately new requests are not successful due to insufficient balance. Pathetic service

    Had been to Vi store in Margao. I was in queue for over 1 hour. There are 5 counters bit Only 2 are functional. Looks like many people are facing issues with vi now. @ViCustomerCare finally I got a new sim.
