    @ViCustomerCare Refer to complaint # 3-111459343909. The complaint was logged on 17/12/2021. The MAXIMUM sla I was informed to resolve the issue was 21/12/2021 at 1319 hrs but as expected nobody from VI contacted me yet to even discuss the issue......Is it the service from VI?

    @ViCustomerCare Internet is not working on my VI number(using 10+ years), visited multiple stores sim changed customer care raised multiple tickets its been 2 weeks till date no resolution on any ticket, my phone is handicap without internet i cant make digital payments
