    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Nobody is bothered to talk to me and provide the solution for the problem I am facing using the @VodafoneIN it's being more than 48 hours bt they are least bothered to take care of their customers,worst network and support from @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2
