Who would want to repeat the same thing without being pissed @AdityaBirlaGrp? Just fix your services and systems @ViCustomerCare and then I would not even need to locate an @airtelindia store, find a parking spot, show my id, verify OTP and so on! My time is valuable!

Been using @ViCustomerCare since 15 years now. The harassment faced from them by repeated calls from +91 98925 80320 is disappointing. Definitely porting out all numbers. Lost a loyal customer Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare With reference to the above issue, my Wife has visited VI Store with the Documents mentioned & got the same response, i.e. SIM Needs to be converted into Postpaid for 4 Months, then only ownership can be changed. Need your Kind Intervention Please!! Looking forward to ur support
