    @ViCustomerCare Unable to upgrade my Netflix plan from Basic to Premium. Tried via Vi app & Netflix website but it always reverts to Basic plan linked with Vi postpaid. Netflix asked me to contact Vi, but customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I reside in Purwa Tarauha village, District Chitrakoot (PIN 210205). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!
