    @ViCustomerCare Cleared outstanding, tried port out but ucp is not generating because of vi nonsense, thy haven't updated payment in system. Totally frustrated by vi. Will never ever use again and recommend to anyone. Absurd services and representative who gave false commitments

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafone Part 4 : For all countries like Australia, UK there is process that family member can request new sim in case if person has given authorisation letter with id proof. Can't we do same for Vodafone india. I am sure you will help me here.
