    @ViCustomerCare visited my full city at around 3 different places just for Vi store as my sim is damaged and i needed a swap sim , but i was not able to find Vi store any where . Could you help me with this ?

    @ViCustomerCare and take a photo along with aadhar card which is not possible as she is bed ridden and cannot move. So can for exception can you do the process with aadhar card and if you want any person can come with me to take a photo of my grandma at the home and issue a alternate sim ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare purchased sim online home delivered too, but for activation,some pin error, asking to visit branch, then what’s the purpose of online booking, trying all option for last one day. Should have stayed with @airtelindia my bad🙁

    @ViCustomerCare I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS 'DAILY' TO THE "CUSTOMER CARE" ALONGWITH ALL THE DETAILS & SCREENSHOTS SINCE MORE THAN 6 WEEKS BUT NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE. THE "APPELLATE AUTHORITY" IS ALSO NOT HELPING....!!!!
