    So, now outgoing sms services are turned off if you are not recharging with plans more than 120+ Bhai network tumhara hota nhi hai aur upar se aisi harkate karte ho @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 2 months back I paid the bill for a VI number of a deceased person in my family, informed the customer care executives about the person's death, and asked them to deactivate the number.
