I manage a corporate account with 20–30 Jio SIMs, and if this is the level of support even after public escalation, I see no reason to continue with Jio. At this point, switching all corporate connections to @ViCustomerCare seems like the only option. (3/4)

@airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare I have been raising complaints on 198 for the past 2 years, but the technical team has not fixed this issue. In emergencies, when there is no electricity (common in Bihar), we are unable to make calls or send messages.

@ViCustomerCare Vi supernet?haha i really hate vi,i bought 5 vi sim bt dont know about their poor ntwork before i buy,bt now I m waiting for next 3 months to port out.there's 5g network available in my area, just vi 5g isn't available yet n also I hate vi 4g network issues i never use vi anymore

Hello @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare, I have been using Airtel for 4–5 years. Initially the network was good, but for the last 2 years it has become very poor. My house is just ~200 meters from the tower, yet whenever there is a power cut the network stops completely.
