I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.
