    It's not fair. I called so many to idea customer but they dint give any information only asked download idea app. I'm very disappointed to @Idea and @VodafoneIN.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Do we have Vodafone services in Rashbihari Crossing or Kalighat Metro Pin 700026. NO NETWORK NO 4G OR VoLTE NO 2G either... Just Vodafone shows as display... Calls not getting connected... Data is ridiculous...

    I don't know anything but I want my money back. And yes forgot one thing your customer care executive even said this issue is happening with lots of other user's also. So you might wanna take some action before customers take legal action you..!! @VodafoneIN

    My idea Internet pack was 460+ gb data. All data loss(thief) by idea without any information at 10 October. I called customer n send mail bt not received any confirmation where is my data. My data validity was 28 October. @Idea @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia @manojsinhabjp

    Hahhaha @reliancejio ppl literally sucks man!!! That’s how a company charges and loots it’s customers!! Atleast @Airtel_Presence is way much better than @reliancejio & @VodafoneIN combined... be it in speed or connectivity or unlimited calling ! That means pure unlimited calling

    @ViCustomerCare Why do you bother to be a service provider when you want to deactivate a customer’s mobile number before their payment due date? And then harass them by calling them to the Vi store for resolution? Absolutely horrid service.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is a big time failure for not being able to provide basic service like internet in Chandigarh.All you guys can do is copy, paste, and drop messages.I'll make sure everyone I know never use Vodafone services in future.
