Your network at this location simply is terrible. Signal strength shows full and 4G but still there is no internet and numerous call drops. It's very difficult to work on Vodafone network here. @VodafoneIN @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare No response from your team till now. It is not a question of 2 rs, it is about the principle of being charged for a service that you don't use. It is waste of time, money and energy to argue with your customer service team every month to get the charges waived off

@ViCustomerCare VI may note that with the kind of unwarranted, repeated offers to the extent of 3-5 times a day for a free simcard will actually drive your customers to port to other service providers. Highly irritating! High time stopped.
