    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    @ViCustomerCare as soon I bought the postpaid SIM I am facing network connectivity issues since July no one looking upon it when I was taking postpaid connection they asked me that I need to pay Rs.740 every month but as of now they are generating bill approx Rs.1000 every month

    @ViCustomerCare @obbie__20 I empathize with you. Looks like a strategy to reduce the account balance to zero and force customers to recharge. Further, I'm unable to reach ANY customer executive through 198 or Vi chat.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in Morocco and not getting vodafone idea network which is a very big problem for me as I am not able to receive any otp for bank transactions and other. I am having 505.30 INR in main balance. Mobile 8596969609.Its very bad service by Vodafone please resolve.
