    @VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

    @VodafoneIN network down for last 2 days and no action taken yet.. consumers are helpless.. even to report it I used airtel network..

    @VodafoneIN After doing Payments regularly they are not including one month and applying charges. they r not responding on call and twiter. After cancelled my calls they are again applying this month bill due. @jagograhakjago @TRAI Plz Help

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI’s own roaming SMS alerts showed max 600MB usage, but the final bill reflects 2GB and excess charges. I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Connected the Vodafone Idea store and the local appellate on a call—both just passed the buck, asking me to call the other. Meanwhile the SIM is still dead. Everything is linked to this number. What kind of apathetic service is this, @ViCustomerCare?

    Between @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare who has better service and network and plans ? JIO has cheapest plan but their network is absent so useless. Need better coverage in Western suburbs and overall Mumbai/Pune belt

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, under what @TRAI regulation did you deactivate an active, recharged SIM? No warning, no SMS, just total service cutoff. This is a violation of consumer guidelines. I need my number restored immediately. #TRAI #ConsumerCourt #VodafoneIdea
