@VodafoneIN At this location very few user uses @VodafoneIN due to ur network problem.. shortly they'll also port their no into other network.. if u have the same problem. It is continuously bad performance by you.

@ViCustomerCare I have sent you details. Please do not ask 100 questions repeatedly. It's a year old issue. You simply escape your fault of the network by irritating customers to surrender and use the scrap 2G network on the 4G offerings.

Raised a billing dispute with @ViCustomerCare due to internal SIM blocking and delayed plan changes. A waiver given for Vi’s own issues was later reversed after port‑out, and a partial usage period was billed as a full month. Matter is under DoT appeal. #ConsumerRights #Vi

@ViCustomerCare It's been 2 week since I make a tweet for gor my issue with VI, "replacing my vi macro sim to micro sim" And the irony is they call me to resolve my issue as early as possible. Not able to use my sim from last 2 months and they send me bill on time.

@ViCustomerCare Since you as vodafoneidea are not resolving this issue at your end despite repeated calls and mails, i myself being part of Consumer affairs department as a valid Legal Metrology licensee at Howrah same address of consumer affairs Howrah is forced to escalate the issue legally.

@ViCustomerCare Happy to help is a blunt joke. My case is not new. 3 year old. Every time you ask 100 questions and give zero solutions. Shame on your services. To talk on the phone we have to visit the 5th floor to catch the network.
