    @VodafoneIN your internet services are not good at all right now at 1 in night speed is not there lot of times complaint have been registered but nothing happened to resolve my issue either you do something or I'll port into another isp.

    @ViCustomerCare Getting calls from your Vodafone customer care number +91 88864 72943 to retain the connection which I don’t want. I’m suffering from covid and daily calls and torturing me. I and entire family are suffering from covid and this kind harassment not acceptable

    @ViCustomerCare In spite of me paying bills in 2 months advance, you guys have still not helped me with number porting. This is DISAPPOINTING! You guys charge 3000 rs to deactivate RedX plan, something that was never communicated when your execs called multiple times to upgrade.

    @ViCustomerCare I m not able to send an email with attachment of small pdf file. VI upload speed is almost zero in Speed test.. Really if u can't resolve this problem in a day I m sorry I can't continue with Vodafone

    WHAT A 4G NETWORK ? Worst of all. I mean after rain for two days, no 4G signal at all and 3G network is working like GPRS type @ViCustomerCare u should shut down ur ads in which u r claiming best network, actually i should sue ur company for spreading the false info

    @ViCustomerCare How long I will wait. I m paying for what. "For services" 15 days passed. U people claim world class service but it's only advertise. Ground realities big Zero. No ones bothered. Vi services are very bad, poor & always lie,cheat to customers.
