@VodafoneIN your internet services are not good at all right now at 1 in night speed is not there lot of times complaint have been registered but nothing happened to resolve my issue either you do something or I'll port into another isp.

@ViCustomerCare Not happy with your service. Just got new SIM. Tried it but still no network. The call centre say get another SIM from gallery. Being part of Aditya Birla Group never thought for such pathetic services. 9702714777 is the number. Alternate number 9702587778.

When asked @ViCustomerCare that why full amount is charged, they said, even if you use the service for a minute, full amount is charged..! How smart right? they keep it blocked for entire period and then they enable for last few hours of 7th and ask you to pay in full #fraud
