When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

I selected also went to the vi store they said the no. You choosed is not vodafone no. But i have proof of it.

Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

I have been using the same type of annual recharge for the last 3 years and have consistently received OTPs and incoming SMS while abroad
