    @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

    @ViCustomerCare You have hired bunch of fools. I have been trying to get my damaged SIM card replaced for last 5 days. Every time request is rejected as Live Photo doesn’t match with CAF which was filled in 2002. Thank you for your poor services. It’s time to port to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Any #lawyers who can help me sue #Vodafone? They took my money and didn't provide the required service. They kept postponing the issue and even now at the end of my trip I haven't received any refund. I wish claim not just my refund but also compensation for the mental distress.

    Also, this Chetan Divtey @ViCustomerCare doesn't have the Nodal Officer's number/email ID to whom the complaint can be escalated. Perhaps #TimeToPort to another operator.
