@VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

@nirjhareswar @ViCustomerCare Vi has gone nuts. This morning i made recharge with vi app and paid with Amazon pay upi. Amount deducted but service not provided by vi. They r telling to wait for 7 day to get money back.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodaIdea_NEWS Complaint # : 4-117818364308 was closed (without being resolved) within hours of it being opened. Apparently due to a “service outage issue.” As per the store manager, I’ll have to wait until Wednesday 2pm for this issue to be resolved. Terrible #customerexp Vi. Do better.

@d_n_bavaliya @ViCustomerCare Same here. I recharged and amount is debited hut not credited in my sim. Now I understand why Jio is good and why people switched from this service provider. They don't even have customer care now. We have to whatsapp them or email. Pathetic

Worst Customer Service @ViCustomerCare....Recharged my number twice in a hour. Still recharge is not done after 5 hours. No refund in credited in my account. Customer care services is not able to connect call to executive.Worst Service. I will not continue with this network.
