    @ViCustomerCare I ordered custom no. prepaid sim from vi app Received the sim but it shows no service for 2 months haven't even received my refund also and also not the no. I selected also went to the vi store they said the no. You choosed is not vodafone no. But i have proof of it.

    @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , Your network is extremely poor. I don’t get any signal inside my house, and even on the balcony, it barely works. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps and raised complaints, but nothing has improved.Please fix this issue or I’ll switch to another provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi INT roam IR charges are not transparent and their support team will not disclose the false billing. Its has been a ploy to dupe consumers and I am still struggling to get justification for unexplained billing from so called grievance cell ( non - existent) or escalation team.
