    @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

    @ViCustomerCare So I decide to go to store #2. Again follow Google Maps. This time, it’s not shady but again the store doesn’t exist. There’s nothing where the map takes me so I call customer care again. He gives me an add which is taking me to a Treebo Hotel. And he confirms that that’s not it!

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi android app just says sending OTP but I never get OTP!!! I'm unable to recharge from last 15 days... As everyday I try OTP 3 times and nothing after that! What's wrong with your app?
