    @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

    @VodafoneIN Glad to hear from one more representative that all of them are not understanding the issue and proof submitted to support. For them Vodafone is always right... Many thanks for addressing the issue in same fake manner as before and wasting my time.

    @VodafoneIN - why you guys are charging unnecessary amount on my every bill - this is ridiculous service ! If this keeps on happening - shall have to port then.

    @DoT_India I received call at 3.47 pm i say come in evening after this call no one come at my location also @ViCustomerCare say 2 time we are not able to give a network in this area and this area not TRIBAL area in city area.. if not able to give service why customer pay money?

    This way (by making false commitments) you can't get customers. I am a customer of VI from last 13 years and owns 3 postpaid connections but this type of false thing never happened..i think its time to to leave Vi. Very disappointing and pathetic service. @ViCustomerCare 3/3

    ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone sim from last 10 years but never received bad service which I received recently. Currently i am using VI postpaid family plan of Rs 699 with one secodary connection and Yesterday got call from one executive Name MS Namita Dharne

    Vi India is changing premium amount like other network operators but the indoor coverage is nil. Cant able to receive and make calls. @DoT_India please forward to concered people . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare worst network and poor customer service in my address Howrah West Bengal... Pilkhana kapoor gali Pin code 711101 I will soon port to another network.... I have tired to complain many times.
